The entire home plus the Guesthouse with its own private entrance will be yours. In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms

Bedrooms:
The Master Bedroom with full bathroom features a King bed, 1 single bed, 55in TV, bathroom and french doors leading out to the newly landscaped backyard

Guest bed room 2 features 1 King bed 55 in TV, closet and stunning mountain views

Guest 3 features 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, 55 in TV, closet and stunning mountain views

The Guesthouse features full kitchenette with full sized stove and microwave, 3 Queen beds, 2 single beds, TV, desk and chair, full bath and closet. It also features a large picture window that showcases the unobstructed mountain views.

Main living area:

Throughout the home enjoy 5 Smart TV's with cable and local channels available. The space is wide open with plenty of seating to accommodate 16 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped to with all necessary utensils, cookware, spices, oil, coffee, cream, sugar, syrups for coffee and teas.

There is complete privacy as well as plenty of parking as we are on nearly an acre. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises, sunsets, city lights at night and unobstructed mountain views!!! They are gorgeous!

Backyard:
There is a pool and spa both of which can be heated for an additional fee. The Backyard has been freshly landscaped with plenty of play space for the kiddos while you relax in the pool or spa.

Location:
This home is in the heart of the Catalina Foothills. Just minutes away from La Encantada Mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, AJ's fine foods, Safeway Grocery, multiple High End Resorts, golf, hiking trails and much much more!

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

-No Parties. No questions asked!

-Home is equipped for 16 people. Please inquire for extra guests option

-Must be 25 or older to book the property

-No smoking

-No pets

-Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day and requires a minimum of 2 days for heating. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature

-Pool heating will be available October 15th through May 1st

-Spa heating will be available year round

-Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property

-There is a camera at the front door (door bell camera)

-There is an exterior camera in backyard.

Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed

This house was very welcoming. It was very clean and beds were very comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked and provides everything you would need. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The host was so responsive to anything we needed. When we arrived we found the outdoor tv was cracked. We sent him a message to let him know, and he replaced the next day.

Great space for a large group to gather, the host was very responsive and quick to try and fix any issues. Comfortable beds but worth mentioning that the room with 3 beds is a separate downstairs unit with outside entrance only. Well stocked kitchen. It loses a star for being right on a main 4 lane road. The traffic noise was very loud. Also, the house is a little beat up for the price point. Microwave broken, the pool heater needed fixing the first day, mismatched paint touch up’s, burn mark on the dining table. But overall, was a good experience and the host worked hard to fix the pool heater promptly and gave us a late check out which was very nice.

Great home that is well equipped with everything you need. This home was fantastic for our large group. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Great location - but a bit noisy due to proximity to road. Overall an excellent stay!

Everything about this house was perfect. We had a large group ages 10 to 75 celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. The house was spotless, beds were great and there was enough space for everyone. The outdoor area is incredible and the pool was extremely clean. It was in a very nice neighborhood and was very safe. We loved everything about it. The host had excellent communication. The view was amazing in every direction. From the back yard the sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous.

wish we visited under better circumstances, if 5 stars was the highest rating, host deserves 20 stars out of 5. kemena was fantastic, even gave me her cell # so we could text back and forth. a home is a home, the only thing that separates vrbo properties from another is the host, not enough lines here to say how good they were to my family. she made us feel like a family friend. no other words needed to be said! highly recommended

Great spot for a family Christmas getaway

We rented this wonderful little house for a 5 day getaway for Christmas for our family of four and some close relatives. The house was clean and well laid out, and we even made a full Christmas dinner with the well stocked kitchen. The views are great, and our two boys spent many hours in the backyard pool.It's a little close to the main road, so at times the road noise could be heard, but that didn't distract at all from a nice relaxing week away.

The owners are amazing, happy to share info for activities and dining in the area. The property was perfect, rooms were big and beds super comfortable. Plenty of towels for pool and showers. Kitchen fully stocked, lots of serving platters, the BBQ clean with extra propane. The backyard was beautiful with room for games and lounging, the pool was cool despite the heat and the spa went on automatically at 5 for an end of the day soak! We had a great week celebrating our daughter and we were thrilled with the accommodations!
