Great place and amenities awesome. However There were a few outlets in kitchen that weren’t working even when tried to turn switch on. Also dishwasher just kept beeping when tried to wash. Overall good.

Excellent location for the attractions, restaurants, shopping and golf. Check-in process was easy. Response from owner was excellent. Good access to both pools. Furniture, beds and pillows could use an update.

Horrible Experience

We never had a chance to even step inside the property. We had booked with confirmation in app and via email, but got concerned when we didn't hear from the host with arrival information. After no reply to our requests for info, we contacted VRBO the day of our arrival and that's when we learned the host had double-booked and told us "sorry. it was booked

Nice, but could use some things

The property was nice and very clean. Long walk to the clubhouse. Darkening drapes would be nice, blinds keep out very little light. Kleenex would be nice. I found it unusual that we were asked to take the beding off when leaving.

A little disappointed with the check-in process, we didn’t have a code to get in the door. Otherwise the stay was nice. The guest bedroom needs a new bed, it was horrible! Bed extremely squeaky and a hole in the middle we kept rolling into.

Clean and comfortable!

Super clean, comfortable and great communication. To make this place perfect, replace the cheap beds with more solid ones that don’t squeak and install more lights / ceiling fans on the balcony and bedrooms. Also there was no corkscrew for wine drinkers which was a shame. Bed mattresses were super comfy however! Two pool options are great to cool off after long days at the parks too! Overall a near perfect stay, would recommend!

Great for what we needed

Pros - Unit is clean and so conveinent - near the garbage shoot and elevator. Great view of smaller pool from balcony. Owner was SO responsive and easy to work with. Feels very spacious inside and works great for 2 couples.So close to everything - shopping -disney - airport ...Cons - furniture is super uncomfortable. Our stay was for 2 weeks and both the living room and dining room furniture was not fun to sit on (low, old, cheap and unsupportive). You hear everything above, and around you. We had small children above us and there were walking/running at all hours (after midnight and before 6 am). The laundry machine is and all-in-one - takes forever and doesn't do a good job.

We’ve stayed at Storey Lake before and enjoy the area. It is a great location but this unit needs some attention for comfort of sleeping and privacy. The front bedroom mattress is terribly uncomfortable and LOUD. When you sit on it you can hear it from the living room. The front bedroom also needs curtains as the light from the building hallway is on all night and the blinds do not allow for privacy (someone can easily see in even when they are closed) and the unit is right by the elevator. The unit itself was clean but pieces of trim are off and laying on the floor. The cabinet under the kitchen is detached. The bathrooms were clean but details like pillows on beds and comfortable bedding were all lacking. The property in general seems like low priority for the management.

Fantastic property, book with confidence!!!!!

We stayed in this property in early April 2024, around the tail end of Spring Break Season and we had an absolutely fantastic time. We’d seen some previous reviews talking about the site having noise problems but that was categorically not our experience at all, it’s was a really relaxed and quiet vibe throughout our stay with not a single instance of excessive noise from other visitors. The property itself is fantastic, really well presented, clean and tidy with all of the appointments/equipment you could need. It really felt like a home from home. We had a minor bit of confusion getting the access code for the entry gate, but that was sorted out on WhatsApp with the host who was very apologetic for the confusion and really helpful in resolving the issue…. It’s worth noting that there is more than one entrance gate, but only one of them is manned. So if you have any difficulty go to the manned gate and the guard will help. Other than that the beds and furniture were really comfortable, the bathrooms were great - well stocked and spotlessly clean, the kitchen was really well set up and the balcony was lovely to relax on. There are nice, modern TVs in the living room and bedrooms with the streaming apps that you’re likely to want etc. There’s a Publix/other shops and takeout options about a five minute drive away from the property. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely look to return to this property again in the future.

Nice Location

We go to Orlando A LOT, and we have stayed in many VRBOs. Location was excellent for us, close to grocery/restaurants and convenient to the parks. Quiet pool is great and nice view. Large pool nice and very fun, busy during daytime. This listing is accurate. The condo was a good size and laid out well. Very clean overall. The beds are average. Baths are nice. Kitchen well appointed. We had to wash some things before we used them. There was no dishwasher detergent but there was the typical starter dish soap, sponge, paper towel combo. There is also no trash can in the kitchen so we just used bags and took to trash chute daily. There were plenty of towels, only one washcloth. Plenty of toiletries. Had a glitch getting check in info. Then had a glitch with the code. Quick to respond to text if you are specific with need. Slower to respond on VRBO messenger. Buildings very close by still under construction. Parking lot is busy with workers and equipment at the moment but won’t be forever. Thanks for the stay. Storey Lake was a nice neighborhood.

Large, clean, and comfortable stay

Caution: like a previous reviewer, I was also given the incorrect door code for checkin. Be prepared to reach out to the property management company if this happens to you. It took them about 10 minutes to get me the right code. Other than that snags, I enjoyed the condo. It was clean, everything feels new, and the location at Storey Lake is great.

Disney trip

Stayed for five days and four nights. Room was great, location was AWESOME! Would definitely stay here again. Communication was quick and easy also. My only complaint is the main pool was EXTREMELY BUSY and the pool gates were open to the public for some reason during our stay.
