Nos villas sont de deux étages, entiÚrement climatisées et entiÚrement équipées. Tous les draps et serviettes sont inclus. Un premier approvisionnement en savon, shampoing, papier hygiénique, serviette en papier et savon à vaisselle est également fourni.

LA CHAMBRE À COUCHER ET UNE DEMI / DEUX BAINS VILLA (980 pieds carrĂ©s) comprend:

UPSTAIRS: CHAMBRE MAÎTRE PRIVÉE avec 1 lit queen, placard et une tĂ©lĂ©vision, une DEUXIÈME CHAMBRE SEMI-PRIVÉE avec un lit queen et placard. Une salle de bain complĂšte dans la chambre principale privĂ©e (et une salle de bain complĂšte en bas).

La configuration des chambres est idéale pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Il faudrait passer par une petite chambre pour accéder à la chambre principale.

EN BAS: salle de petit déjeuner, cuisine entiÚrement équipée (cuisiniÚre électrique, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetiÚre, grille-pain, vaisselle, verres, casseroles, etc.), et un salon avec un canapé-lit pleine grandeur, une salle de bain complÚte, terrasse avec deux chaises et une petite table. Bien situé

TrÚs bien situé et trÚs tranquille. HÎte respectueux. Cependant, il n'y a aucun détecteur de fumée... nous avons dû aller en acheter un tard le soir en arrivant. Cependant, c'était le seul point négatif. C'est vraiment une bonne option de loyer pour Orlando!

The property was clean, kitchen well stocked and the host very communicative. The location was ideal for visiting Universal properties and there were many shopping options nearby.

Sea World

Went to Sea World Properties for 3 Days. Couldn't have found a better location. Less than 10 minutes to all 3 Parks. Home was perfect for me, my wife and teen grandson. Myrtle was very attentive and pleasant to interact with.

Work trip

Communication was awesome, the property was clean, the bedroom layout was a little odd (have to walk through 1 to.get to the other) but for me it was no issue. The shower in the downstairs batnroom was a.little small but the water was hot. All other ammenties were there, dishes, towels, etc. Location was such that traffic was.not an issue when I stayed there.

Great Stay

We enjoyed staying at this condo while visiting SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. The drive to the parks was quick and easy and took only 5-10 minutes depending on time of day. The condo was small but perfectly adequate for relaxing at the end of the day and preparing breakfasts and dinners. The view out the patio doors was nice with flowering trees and water view. Condo was very clean. Would highly recommend. I did not find the location noisy at all. Parking spot was close to door of condo.

Nice place for a family

The checkin was easy and the place was clean. Even though it technically is a 2/2 the bedrooms are set up a little weird. You have to walk through one room to get to the other. It wouldn’t be a problem for a family but not for friends and couples. I would definitely take my family there on vacation.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Myrtle was very helpful and communicated with us during our entire stay. Home is located in a great location close to many attractions and activities.

Myrtle was an excellent host, answered very quickly. Parking was so convenient - two assigned stalls very close to the townhouse! Location near Trader Joe’s, and I think Outlets, too, but we only did the parks. Right between Universal and Disney World! Quiet location, nice backyard view. Loved the drawers and counter space in the bathroom - made it so easy to keep my toiletries at hand and get ready faster! Plus the light was good - not like at some hotels where you’re in the dark! Could use a little more outlets in the bedrooms, but we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Myrtle!

Just what we needed for Disney

Clean, comfortable, perfect for a trip to Disney. Approximately 10-15 min drive to parks, lots of restaurants near by. Seemed like a good location. Check in and out were easy. Will def stay again!

Conference and theme parks

The flat is in a good, central location that made commuting easy. There was some mold in the upstairs bathroom on arrival, but the host sent a handyman to address this in a timely manner. The consumable items listed in the ad were extremely limited and of low quality. Ants and a cockroach were notes throughout the stay, although perhaps this may be normal in Florida homes. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and word recommend as a functional accommodation.

Cute condo in great location

The condo is very neat and cute and the location is great, easy access to everything via car. Communication with the host was great, she answered my questions very quickly. We arrived very late at night and getting access was simple. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick meal prep and grocery stores are close by. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, and you have to walk through one to get to the other so it’s not super private. Not a problem for us. The pull out couch downstairs is super uncomfortable, the reason for only 4 stars. We also didn’t find linens for the pull out couch and ended up buying blankets. Downstairs couch aside, this is a great place for a small group and I recommend the condo and the lovely host.

Great location but beware of traffic noise

Overall the place was good but the one surpise is the traffic noise. Everything else was as advertised. Couch though was very uncomfortable and the place had very small ants which there was ant killer under the sink to treat them. Property manager was excellent and was very responsive to all my questions.

Great Location

Clean and tidy space. Great location that is close to lots of stores and attractions as well as a short drive into downtown. Easily accessible. Something worth mentioning is that the bedrooms are connected with one bathroom in one bedroom. That would be weird for some people. If we have a small group, we would stay here again.

Cozy Villa

Myrtle’s home was very clean and comfortable. In a great location close to Universal and Disney. Just a few minutes from downtown Orlando made it very accessible for anything we needed. Very affordable and would stay there again!

Great host, cozy stay.

The host was incredible, great communication. Just to update based on other reviews the iron is replaced and new. Construction on the freeway could be heard in the unit beginning in the morning. No fault of the host. Just wanted to note it for future guests. No oven, just toaster oven and no dishwasher. No big deal just wanted to note it for future guests. Cute villa. A little dated, good for small families.

Comfortable stay

We had a great stay at the location. This unit was perfect for our 3 member family with space to share. It was close to all the parks which helped us get to them faster. Myrtle was always reachable to address any of the questions.
