Amazing home

This house is a must if you’re staying in Wichita. It is stunning. Large enough and spread out for families, gorgeous view with swimming pool. It was clean and had so many fun features.

Family Gathering

Unique property with lots of space to accomodate and entertain family and friends. Unfortunatly our trip was for a funeral but the home was perfect for a large gathering.

Wildlife Wonders

This beautiful, spacious property nestled within the Tanganyika Wildlife Park makes for a truly unique experience. The views of the Park’s cheetahs from the windows and the yard (from a protected and safe distance) were spectacular The property easily accommodated 11 people on three levels, and the swimming pool (with diving board) was dreamy.

My son in law said this house was 10 out of 10. It was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had plenty of room, the house is amazing. The pool was used all day everyday! And when they say you can see the cheetahs from your room...they are not kidding. They are right there and so amazing. We loved our time there and the grandkids didn't want to leave...no one did!

Wedding weekend

I booked the estate for my family to stay while attending my son's wedding. It was just as presented on the booking site. Check in was easy and Matt was great to work with. We have already talked about booking another weekend just to relax

Hawkins Estate

Overall we enjoyed the house and our weekend stay. There were a few problems that arose, but ultimately the property manager worked to make them right. The house itself is beautiful and has lots of space!

A luxurious and unique stay!

We stayed at this house in Oct of 2021 and had a fabulous time! The check-in process was easy, as one of the owners met us at the gate and gave us a tour of the house when we arrived. Everything was perfectly clean and beautiful. There is a private full bathroom in every bedroom, making it perfect for something like a multi-family stay or a wedding where several people can sleep and live comfortably. The back porch provided a beautiful place to sit and visit with friends at night. There's also a cheetah enclosure behind the house (at a very safe distance) where you can see them walking around. Please PLEASE go to Tanganyika Wildlife Park while you are visiting! It's an incredible experience where you get to interact with several of the animals. They do great work for wildlife conservation and it shows in the animals and the staff.

Wedding weekend

Stiff price. But lots of space, well stocked kitchen and house. Great for entertaining. Beautiful grounds next to wildlife park. Check in/out, communication with host before and during stay - not good. Only stayed there due to event at park.

Very very cool!!!

This is the best place I’ve ever stayed, and we have traveled a lot the last 20 years. You’ve got a fabulous big-big house, with swimming pool and pickleball court, and did I say cheetahs behind the house? We were a 2 minute walk to the splash park, jungle gym(for our 4 year old grandson) and a world class Wildlife park with many individual encounters with the animals. We spent most of our time in the pool or the wildlife park, but Wichita has a lot to offer too. Too much fun!
