Spacious 2 1/2 bed home.

Modern home has great room with cathedral ceiling and waterfall mural, large kitchen and master bedroom, includes extra sleeping space and 2 car garage. We built this house for our future retirement. It has extra features like a bay window with window seat, and a stone and dark wood motif. There is a sunny front yard and shaded private back yard.
We are one and one half mile easy biking distance from Pinecraft.

Long weekend at the races

Well maintained and solid property. Clean and pleasant with good communal spaces and plenty of room in bedrooms too. We appreciated that the owners take good care and are directly involved in the management of the house.

Vacation getaway

Nice place to stay.We stayed here with my in-laws and their two kids and with the bedrooms and the bathrooms at each end of the house we each had our privacy which was great .would highly recommend staying here.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked again for next year. House is very clean, spacious and in a relaxing neighborhood. Great location to explore activities from the shores and to Tampa to Venice.

Great Location

Finding this house was such a gift for us, since we just needed a place to sleep, and it was a mile from where our other kids were staying. The house is dated, and has a musty smell, but was clean, and met our needs well. Dave was very kind and helpful.

Great location, relaxing stay

We really enjoyed the location, and the quiet of the neighborhood. The owners were very helpful and had house very clean with many convenience items available. Easy to have coffee in the morning with breakfast we prepared. Everything we needed was there. Thanks for a very enjoyable time.

Very clean - feels like home!

The house was perfect for our short vacation: clean, comfortable, good location and a fantastic property manager. One of our group forgot an item and the property owner called to find out if it was ours, which it was. That's above and beyond my expectations! Hopefully this house is available on our next visit to Sarasota!

This house was perfect for our family. Lots of room! Nice and clean, Quiet neighborhood. We had a very relaxing time here ! Would definitely consider coming back .

Great place! Enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and roomy and exactly as in the description. Kitchen was equipped with basic pots and pans and plenty of dishes, cups, bowls. It was really nice of David and Ruth to leave milk, orange juice and butter in the fridge for us. Beds were comfy, the matress in the master bedroom maybe was bit too soft for me. The place is in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the silence and the birds in the backyard. It was a pleasure to meet David in person one day. Really nice person. Highly recommend.

Nice comfy house

The house was very nice and relaxing place to spend a holiday. Just remember, when you use VRBO, there will be A LOT of fees tacked on to the "price" they quote you in the app.

Very clean roomy home

More than meets the eye

This little house was better than anticipated. It was in a great location. It was pretty centralized to everything in the area. The property manager was very thoughtful. We had a late arrival time and expressed this to them. We arrived to breakfast food for the next morning which was awesome and very helpful. Overall experience was great. I’d recommend this place.

Cozy, clean home near beaches and stores, awesome owners!

My family of 5 (18yr, 16yr, 12yr and our 18yr nephew stayed as well) stayed here for a week and we were in love with the coziness of this lovingly built older home. The owners were very thoughtful in the extras they provided as well as the stated amenities. We had zero problems with check in or out. The owners left very clear instructions for everything and were so friendly that we feel like we made new friends! No issues with the neighbors or the area, we felt like we were in the perfect spot, close to several beaches and close to just about every store you could look for. We would definitely stay again.

Great owners, responsive and flexible

My husband and father-in-law stayed here last minute due to visiting a family member who was dying. David got information to us quickly, worked with our changing plans, and was friendly and understanding. The property listing was accurate and the house was clean and very well located for us. I’m grateful we were able to book here on only a couple days’ notice!

Cozy home, great location, great owner

Beautiful home, not too fancy, but very cozy and well maintained. Super clean, and in a great neighborhood. David was very committed to give us a great experience, maintaining close and constant communication with us. It was very clean, with everything we needed, from towels and blankets to appliances and kitchenware. Short distance in auto to the amazing beach of Siesta Key.
