Private 4 bedroom home in the heart of Kenai

This vacation rental is in the heart of Kenai. Nearby you can enjoy many of the amazing adventures Alaska has to offer. Anywhere from fishing on the famous Kenai River to enjoying a relaxing walk on the beach. We are conveniently located less than five minutes away from stores, restaurants, parks, coffee shops, Kenai Beach, and the most productive fishing hole on the Kenai River.

Guest will enjoy this beautiful home in a residential subdivision and all it has to offer. There is a beautifully groomed front and back lawn, with a fence in the back. You can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee on either the front or back porch and at the end of the day grill some steaks and burgers.

There are two smart TVs that you can use to log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps. There is a DVD player with a variety of DVDs in living room.

The house has exterior video surveillance for your peace of mind. Guests will not have access to the garage.

Best lodging ever

It is our 16th year coming up to Alaska in the summer, and decided this was our best lodging stay. Like new condition, excellent outdoor grill, and we especially enjoyed the large curved TV in the entertainment room. Our chefs were right at-home in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with the easy-access pantry. Many meals were enjoyed around the dining room table. Our group also enjoyed sitting on the front porch it the quiet, restful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home for a Kenai Home away from home.

Wedding Bliss

We were in town for our son’s wedding. Rachel was amazing - so helpful! Property is stunning !! Finishes and fixtures have a modern and comfortable feel - home is extremely well stocked (every need has been provided) loved sitting on the beautiful front porch in the chairs provided while grilling or chilling. The beds were very comfortable and having the ceiling fans really made a wonderful sleeping environment as well. This is a definite 10 in our book and would return !!!

This is a beautiful, large home with everything we needed for the week. It is in a great location allowing for day trips every day. The host was so responsive and gave us many travel/hiking tips. We highly recommend this VRBO home. Thank you.

Nice time in Kenai

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Kenai. This home was very clean and well organized. The rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. The house was located close to the grocery stores & laundry mat. The Kenai Beach was right down the road which was really fun for the kids to explore . The house was stocked with dishes and plenty of pots & pans so mealtimes were easy. The backyard is fenced in and has a swing set. The only reason I gave the property a 4 star rating is because there was no washer and dryer. It is a necessity when you are traveling with a family of 5 (2 adults & 3 kids.) Overall Rachel and Luke did a great job with this home and we felt very comfortable. Can’t wait to visit again. Chausse family
