Large Condo located in a quiet area on Terry Cove with Marina boat slip / dock.

This is for people who want the comfort of a king size in two bedrooms. Get away from the noise and craziness of the Panama & Destin area. A place to forget your worries and enjoy the serenity located on Terry Cove. We invite you to be a part of this relaxing experience. Enjoy watching the boats while grilling on your private patio overlooking Terry Cove or get some sunshine poolside, put your toes in the sand at our private sandy beach area, bring your fishing pole and hit the dock area of our marina. Yes, we have a boat slip that can be rented for a $100 to be paid to the HOA also there is proof of insurance. Please reach out to me and let me know you want to bring your boat and I will help you with getting it registered. How about reading a book on our party deck, a wonderful walk and great restaurants everywhere and some just a walk away. Very close by is The Wharf, theme parks, water parks, beaches and a Publix grocery store.

We absolutely loved staying here! This was by far one of the best places we have stayed at! This condo is absolutely beautiful, beds were comfortable, there was enough space that we all enjoyed! The balcony over looks the dock and water such a beautiful scene! There are two pools; an indoor and outdoor. I do have to say the indoor pool is a little humid because of the hot tub and saunas. We loved that is was a gated community! Everyone around us was very pleasant to talk to. Judith Ann is absolutely the sweetest host! She returned our messages in a timely manner! She checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and that we were having a good time! We will absolutely be back! I will say if you can rent a golf cart do that as we learned that you can drive a golf cart all over Orange Beach and Gulf Shores area! Thank you Judith for being such an amazing host and individual!
Board games are in the living room so Gpa and Bex are playing beach monopoly

Family vacay

We had a great time! enjoyed the weekend and Memorial Day with family then enjoyed the rest of the week with just us! Loved having the boat right there ! Lots of room in the condo. Owner was super nice!

July vacation

This 3 BR condo was excellent for our vacation, 4 adults, 4 kids. Very nice and quiet area. Indoor and outdoor pools were small, however, there were never more than 5 or 6 in it at the times we were there. Nice sand area for littler kids to play. I would have liked it had there actually been a place to swim "at the beach"; however, we drove maybe 10 minutes to the public access at the beach. Very attentive and nice host - best one I've had and I've been to this area many years.

The condo was large and fit our needs completely. The beds were very comfortable. The owner got back to me when I reached out to her. Since there were 7 of us we could have used additional towels.

Great Family Vacay

Wonderfully spacious and welcoming condo. My husband, myself, our two adult children, and our 4 and 5 year old grandsons had the best time! We played in the sand with the hermit crabs at the marina beach, swam at the pool, fished off the dock, and surfed the waves at the local beaches! Highly recommend!!

Best time ever!!

I was lucky to be able to spend an entire month at this condo and it was just perfect. Had some family visit during my time and plenty of room for 2 other adults and 3 kids. The condo had everything you could want in the way of convenience. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need if doing your own cooking. Just a short drive to several different beaches. Very quiet and peaceful property. The hosts were very friendly and any questions I had were answered promptly. I’ll definitely be back!

Hi Everyone stopping by, We are the Wilson's and we love our Orange Beach Condo not to mention the great weather and we LOVE to fish! Red Snapper season is great in Orange Beach, we even have a great boat captain that live in the condos that you can make arrangements with to take you out fishing, just ask us. We also love to share our condo with you and your family giving you the best possible experience we can in a super clean condo with all the amenities that come with staying in Perdido Grande.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I love to walk (or drive) over to the Tiki Hut and sit outside by the water, listen to live music and enjoy a drink while relaxing and taking in the sounds of the evening. At our condo there is a party deck to sit out over the water...you can fish from it or just take a seat on a bench and watch the sun go down. Plenty of place to shop in the daytime or entertainment and always great food in the evening.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Perdido Grande is a wonderful and quiet place to stay. It isn't like Panama or Destin with all the noise and hoopla. The condos are mainly owner live at their condo, that means better taken care of and away from the super party crowds. Wonderful restaurants can be found near by as well as wonderful attractions such as "The Wharf," Grand Water Park and great shopping
