This condo is well appointed and very clean. Bathrooms are a bit dated, but they have everything you need. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful. Location is absolutely perfect.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We walked to The Gulf for dinner and highly recommend it. Great food, cool place. The view from the condo and the size of the patio is hard to beat! We will absolutely be back!

Peaceful Paradise

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Kitchen was nice, all amenities were as described. View was spectacular. Hot tub was a little noisy. Highly recommend and already planning our next stay.

Perfect Spring Break

This beautiful condo is located in a quiet location at the end of the beach and next to the channel. It was perfect for watching boats and playing on the less busy beach. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. We loved watching everything from the huge deck.

Great Location

We have been coming to the beaches from Gulf Shores to Panama City for over 30yrs. This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Renovated nicely. Plenty of room for a 2 bedroom and very large balcony. Love the location. Added bonus watching boats move in and out of the waterway. Really nice indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs with dry sauna and steam room. Awesome long weekend.

Views of the water but a hike to the beach.

Condo was clean and well stocked. Too hot to sit on the patio but fans would have helped tremendously! Furniture looked new but bathrooms were original to the older property - clean but dated. Overall nice but it was quite a hike every day to the beach. Location was very good - near shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful view

One of the nicer condos we have stayed at Grand Pointe. The AC unit had to be replaced on day one, but luckily we were traveling behind schedule and hadn't checked in yet. Management was able to place us in another unit for the night and we moved in to our original unit the next day. Appreciated their quick responses and efforts to make things a little less inconvenient for our family.
