Beautiful, newly renovated condo located in the heart of Chicago Chinatown with 2 bedroom, 1 bath, a spacious living room and a well appointed kitchen. This premium condo has 3 beds PLUS a portable memory foam sleeping mattress and can accommodate 7 guests.

Minutes to Downtown, McCormick Place, and popular attractions. Walking distance to public transit, stores, Walgreens, Starbucks, and many great restaurants.

We have properties in the vicinity that can accommodate groups of 27 or more guests. Contact us for details.

Great place in Chinatown

This was a great place for us to stay while members of our family were at the convention. Cheaper than a hotel room, more privacy and more amenities.

Great location for McCormick center conference

Very easy walk to McCormick center for a conference and easy train to downtown for dinners and site seeing. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet for our stay. The mattresses were comfortable, the kitchen had all the hardware we needed to make breakfast and dinner. The location felt safe and secure. It was easy for us to walk to Soldier Field and the lakefront, or take the L just two blocks away for sites further north. Street parking is congested, but we reserved a spot several blocks north for the weekend with no problems.

Chinatown weekend

Nice location in Chinatown. Close to a busy neighborhood with lots to do. Easy access to train to downtown. Our wifi went out midday and was almost out for 24 hours. Let the host know with a promise that maintance would troubleshoot first thing in the morning. Fixed after inquiring about it twice. Otherwise nice place in a great location.

Pitchfork Perfect!

Staying in Chinatown in this fabulous clean and accessible flat was perfect for our pitchfork experience this year. The green line brought us from the west loop all the way to Chinatown safely, quickly and efficiently. I would totally recommend this venue for a stay in the city- clean and efficient space with good communication from our host! We will definitely book here again

Great Location!

Within 5 minutes walk of red line and green line, super convenient! the apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed, including big fluffy towels and very comfortable beds. And John and Annie were the best communicators of any online rental I've ever stayed in!

The listing was fine. AC works which was much needed. The complex is a bit dingy. Main thing that bothered me was the musty, unpleasant smell permeating the place. Also right next to a staircase and there is no soundproofing. The couch isn’t very comfortable.

Beautiful complex, relaxing, nice decor, overall very nice and secured. Location not so accurate, because if the ad says "near McCormick Place/Chinatown" we were not expecting it to be 2 miles from McCormick Place first of all, plus dead-center Chinatown. Parking was awful, afraid to moved your car because upon returning parking is a nightmare

Convenient Location

Great location- super close to the Red Line to downtown, restaurants and shops. Starbucks around the corner. Great place for our quick weekend get away. More pillows would have been great ☺️

Great and Safe Apartment

I brought a few 18 year olds with me who had never been to a big city like Chicago. This apartment made a great home base, safe, cozy, and right next to the Red Line which made transportation a breeze.
