Experience The Encinitas Zen Den

The Encinitas Zen Den is large (1,500 square feet), three-level brand new construction located west of the 5 freeway on the ocean side in the heart of Encinitas Highlands. The property is centrally located, providing easy pedestrian access to local parks, trails, restaurants, bars and beaches. The photos show the massive 30-foot ceilings in the primary lounge space. The bar and kitchenette are on the ground floor, the bed/bath are on the second floor, and the roof deck is on the third. This is a truly unique space created for those that want privacy and immediate access to all the Encinitas has to offer. The owners live on site and are available for any questions or requests to insure your stay has maximum comfort and convenience. The space includes:

GREAT ROOM: Lounge furniture, Additional sleeping option, Double height ceiling, Big Screen TV with cable and WiFi throughout;

KITCHEN: Full fridge, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Hot Plate, full silverware, dining ware, barware, four-top high table/seating area;

Entry Zen Garden Reading Lounge and Seating Area

MASTER BEDROOM: King Bed, full closet, full size daybed, TV with Cable

Zen Den in Encinitas

Robert and Cass were very kind! Close enough to downtown Encinitas and very private home that was nicely furnished. We appreciated that they allowed us to park in their driveway, which was gated. Thank you for accommodating my husband and I. Much appreciated!

ZEN DEN. . .

I will tell you the host of the Zen Den went above & beyond, to make sure A we had arrived safely, but throughout made sure we were comfortable & had everything my son & I needed! The place was beautifully decorated, clean, well light & a place you could definitely enjoy with close friends & family. The bed was comfortable & room was cool & quiet. The only thing I would suggest is to somehow put a place to cook a little breakfast ( a stove/ oven) as well as a washer/ dryer. But other than that it was spot on!! I definitely will give it. . . đŸ’ŻâœŒïžđŸ‘ EXCELLENT 5+++ stars!! And look forward to visiting Encinitas & yhe Zen Den again!!

Cool place!

Spacious, great decor, comfortable with the one king bed. (Futon may be better situated not in the same room.) Close (enough) to the beaches and the Encinitas shops/ restaurants. Love the roof top lounge with a BBQ. (They have a hot plate for a stove, which worked for us.) Loved having a bottle of Prosecco and beer already in the fridge!

Excellent Stay!!!

This is definitely the best rental I have ever stayed in and my Son, Nephew and I LOVED IT. Robb ad Cass were super responsive and made sure we were comfortable. I recommend the Zenden to anyone who wants to feel at home in Encinitas. We will be back.

Truly A Zen Den!

The owners Rob and his wife were amazing and accommodating! 1st time our family was in Encinitas, and couldn’t have picked a better rental. Perfect location, less than a mile walk to the beach, shops and dining! The house had an open floor plan, great rooftop, and it was immaculate. Spacious living and decorated beautifully. We will be back!!

Great find!

The Zen Den lived up to our expectations..it was serene, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable- especially the bed, which is so important. Even a sound machine. Rob & Cass went out of their way leaving cold beverages for us and high end bath products. All so appreciated. The old school stereo was a blast from the past! Parking behind a gated driveway gave us an extra peace of mind. We would recommend this house for your stay 100%!

10/10 stay in Encinitas

We had an excellent stay at Rob's Zen Den. The house was unique, gorgeous, and sparkling clean. We were in fact sad that we couldn't get to spend more time in the house. The roof deck is perfect for an afternoon drink, a yoga flow, or a BBQ night. Rob was very sweet, responsive, and helpful from the beginning - he also provided some great local recommendations. We would love to be back in this space and connect with Rob and his lovely wife again!
