Appartement avec vue sur l'océan à Cardiff

Ceci est un 750 pieds carrés au-dessus du garage, construit en 2008. C'est moderne, propre et ouvert. Superbes vues sur les couchers de soleil sur l'océan et les plages. Quartier sûr et tranquille sur un cul-de-sac. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la State Park Beach et des spots de surf. Nous sommes idéalement situés à moins de 5 minutes à pied des restaurants, boutiques et épiceries.
Cette unité a des propriétaires sur place, et est bien entretenue. Il y a une entrée séparée sur la voie d'escalier latérale pour plus d'intimité. Il y a sur la rue un parking dédié pour un véhicule.
Nous avons des jouets de plage et des planches de boogie pour les enfants. Ce n'est pas un centre d'événements.

Thank you for the review. We are sure the lower scores from the mishap with the check-in instruction sent. We normally don’t rent when we are not there but did not want to upset your reservation by cancelling it. Even out of the country we were able to communicate with you and unlock the door from a far. Great price for the location

Great location in quiet area with Seaside market and Pipes beach a short 10 minute walk. Great views. The property could use more outdoor space, but for the price it was excellent.

Cardiff comfort

My daughter and I don’t get to see one another much, so this was a great opportunity to enjoy each other while visiting family in the area. The place is pretty quiet, and comfortable, and offers a lovely view of the ocean. A sweet mother, daughter getaway.

I'm retired Navy and like to keep everything organized and running well. It's an occupational habit.

Our house is located close to everything and has a great view. It's in a quiet neighborhood with lot's to do within 5 min walk or drive, or you can just chill here. Nice beaches, good restaurants, not much traffic make Cardiff a great place.

The sunsets from the front deck are great. You can see LaJolla from here and the Coronado Islands in Mexico on a clear day (50 miles away)
