Welcome to the top of the world at The Knob! Start your Asheville adventure with a beautiful drive up the mountain. This newly constructed modern cabin offers absolute privacy and panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Parkway and Craggy Gardens from the spacious back deck and hot tub. The finer features of this custom-built home stand out, such as vaulted ceilings that perfectly bring light into the great room during the day. Preparing meals for the whole group comes easy in the fully equipped kitchen. In the evening, gather around the gas stove for conversation and relaxation. Group features include a large gathering area with a TV in the loft for movie-watching. Everyone will want to pull up a chair out on the deck and stay a while. The fresh mountain breeze is filled with the sounds of nature, and you won't believe how bright the stars are at night, especially when you're enjoying a soak in the bubbly hot tub. Nature lovers take note: there are community trails for hiking nearby, including a 1.5-mile trail to the summit of Watch Knob. Plus, your dog can come hiking with you since The Knob is pet-friendly. When you stay at this mountaintop retreat, you'll feel like you're a world away from everything!

Important Property Notes
• 4WD/AWD Recommended. During winter months or inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. We recommend one with sufficient clearance (i.e SUV, Truck, or raised Sedan).
• Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
• The Knob is pet-friendly with restrictions, allowing only dogs weighing less than 35 lbs.

• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.

This reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver policy. If you would prefer to use a refundable security deposit, please contact our office to provide a check for the security deposit and we will refund the damage waiver. Thank you!
