The unit sleeps 6 people very comfortably. This condo does not have a washer and dryer in the unit!

College Spring Break Village is on our beach! Next to Spinnaker Beach Club and Club LaVela Hammerhead Fred's Famous Tent Party is across the Street. The Summit Tiki Bar is by the pool and Bikini Bob's Beach Restaurant and The Summit Snack Shack and Convenience Store are on site.
