Profitez de votre séjour dans ce chalet récemment rénové au sommet de Gunstock Acres avec vue sur le lac Winnipesaukee et Gunstock de chaque piÚce. Cette chambre a coucher a un lit king, un lit double, un lit superposé avec un lit superposé sur le bas et un futon complet. La maison est équipée de 2 télévisions à écran plat, machine à laver / sÚche-linge, internet, cùble et de nouveaux appareils. Tout est réglé pour une maison loin de la maison. Nous sommes situés à moins d'un mile de Gunstock et à quelques minutes à un accÚs à la plage privée. Profitez de votre café du matin sur le premier étage enrouler autour du pont ou sur votre balcon au deuxiÚme étage avec accÚs par 2 chambres à l'étage. Chaque plate-forme a une vue magnifique sur soit Gunstock ou le lac Winnipesaukee.

We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed and was the perfect size for our family of 5. The views were amazing! We were there to ski so it was great to be less than 10 minutes to Gunstock. We would definitely return.

YaYa Gathering

We came to Gilford for our annual Yaya gathering of 4 lifelong friends. The hosts made the check in process so easy and the star of this property is the beautiful view from the deck of the Lake- it doesn't disappoint. the home has many personal touches and had everything we could ask for! Was a wonderful space to relax and visit.

Wonderful Getaway from the City

Some friends and I wanted to get away from Boston to a quieter relaxing area. The location was perfect. It was a wonderful quiet neighborhood with amazing views from the back deck. There are some adorable shops around the town as well as a very short drive away from the lake and other water activities. It rained one day but there were plenty of things to do around the house like games.

Ok, so in simple terms and without exaggeration, the views on this property are just spectacular. You will notice from the time you pull up to the driveway and throughout every room. The property has mesmerizing views of both Gunstock and Lake Winnipesaukee. In one word, captivating. The home has been meticulously maintained and newly renovated throughout including all new appliances, televisions and furnishings. Both Andrea and I absolutely love this home and wish to share it with you and your family.

Nestled atop of Gunstock Acres, less then 2 miles from the mountain. The property is located about 5 miles from Laconia and 5 minutes from the lake. In the Winter, enjoy skiing, driving snowmobiles across the lake, snowshoeing and tubing. Very convenient to Weirs beach attractions as well. This place has it all.
