Venez profiter de notre maison autant que nous! Ce 3 chambres / 1 magnifiquement mis à jour. La maison au bord de l'eau à 5 salles de bain a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une évasion mémorable.

Offrant une vie merveilleuse et confortable, à l'étage et en bas, la nouvelle cuisine personnalisée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, du granit et des carreaux de bloc de verre ravira même le chef le plus hésitant.
Et la salle à manger et le grand salon disposent tous deux d'un mur de fenêtres donnant sur le lac - un cadre parfait pour votre café du matin ou une nuit pour profiter de Netflix, de la télévision ou de jeux de société.

Dirigez-vous vers la grande cour au bord du lac et profitez du quai privé, des escaliers sans rendez-vous pour un bain de sable ou un foyer. Vous venez avec de petits enfants? Dirigez-vous vers le terrain de jeu et le parc Opechee juste en face de la rue.

Perfect size for the 6 of us. Extremely clean and comfortable. The location was close to the venue we went to and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Enjoyed the views of the lake..very relaxing!

The location is great! Very convenient to stores. Nice quiet wave free lake (unlike it's neighboring lakes) Beautiful beach. House was spotless and hosts were great. Just a great place. We'll be back!

Was awesome. Would absolutely stay here again.Plenty of room for 3 couples. Outdoor space was a bonus, with covered parking for motorcycles under the deck. We used the grill and the firepit.Only complaint would be only one TV, and none in the bedrooms. Place was spotless!! We had a fantastick time.

Great location and beautiful view. Easy access to everything we needed. Kitchen /dining area works great, so does the room overlooking the lake.

Great spot!

House is in a great location, easy to get to everything. Beautiful lake to go swimming, biating etc. Sunrise is amazing off the back deck. Perfect spot for Bike Week as it is away from the hustle and bustle. 10/10 recommend and would stay again.

The house was great and exactly as described in the listing! It was well equipped with everything we needed and the hosts were so friendly/ responsive. The house was very close to the neighbors which wasn’t our favorite but it had a beautiful property.

Lovely lake house

I stayed at this property with some friends of mine. It was perfect: beautifully maintained and clean, great location, peaceful, and plenty of space. The owners called me personally a few days before our rental began to let me know about a plumbing issue - it turned out to be no big deal, but I so appreciated the personal touch. Highly recommend!

Great house in a great location

The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our trip to Laconia. The private lake access with the dock was absolutely perfect, we enjoyed using the canoe and kayak. Short ride into town and into to weirs beach. Kim and Carlos were very prompt in returning texts and emails. Will definitely book again!

Great spot!

Great for our needs! It was nice to also have the middle school track and Opechee Park right next door to get some exercise in! We rented a boat from Irwin Marine and it was great to have on the lake for the day. Even though the house isn’t far back from the road it still had the homey lake feel to it. Great spot away from the Winnepesaukee craziness!

An excellent return trip

We loved this lakehouse so much last year that we immediately booked it for a return visit, and enjoyed it just as much this time. The location is comfortable, peaceful, and filled with space for our family and occasional visitors. Kimberly and Carlos were a great help when we had questions, even immediately ordering a replacement piece for one of the paddleboards when we noted it was missing. We've already booked a third visit here; highly recommended.

Taste of Heaven

The view from the home from 1-5: was a 10!!! Everything was beautiful and relaxing. I went in April and although was a bit chilly it was just an added amenity that we truly enjoyed. I also want to highlight the location as with a little exploration you can find a huge variety of food options. This vacation was splendid!!!

Highly recommend and cant’t wait to return!

This was the perfect house for our family. We couldn’t believe how much space we had. The owners were wonderful and very communicative. We could have spent the whole week enjoying the lake views on the back deck. The location was great for being able to get around and enjoy everything New Hampshire has to offer. I’m already looking forward to returning next summer!

Wonderful Lakeside Property

Had a wonderful stay at this property and found everything to be clean and as described in the listing. Plenty of cookware, linens, and other necessities. Communication with the hosts was easy and straightforward and my wife and I felt very welcomed. Would absolutely recommend this location for any type of gathering.

Amazing house for our family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The location was great. Everything was just a 15 min drive away (weirs beach, fun spot, Meredith bay). We loved walking out to the water and the water was so clear. Kids loved swimming and I was not expecting that the kids would be able to stand as I thought it would be to deep but it was perfect!!!

Perfect place to relax

What an amazing property! Everything was as described. Had all the comforts of home. Stunning view of the lake. We enjoyed using the paddle boards, kayak and fire pit. We brought our own floats which was perfect because it was 90+ degrees everyday. We also went to Weirs beach and rented jet skis for an hour- which was fun. I highly recommend staying here and we hope to go back!

Family Time

My dad is 92 living in NH and I live in FL. I try to make every visit about spending time with him and enjoying NH. He loved this place as did my wife and I. Being on the lake meant a lot to all of us. I would highly recommend this to anyone
