Franklin Family Home with Flair

We love to experience new things and have adventures. We love to share our space while we are away and have a team of neighbors that are available to help take care of the property in our absence. We have 2 dogs and 3 kids so our home is lived in and comfortable not perfect.

Our location is perfect. The house is less than a mile from The Factory in Franklin and 1.5 miles away from downtown Franklin, TN. We are 13 miles from Arrington Vineyards and 20 miles from Broadway in downtown Nashville. It is quiet and comfortable in a quite neighborhood.

We have 2 queen bedrooms and 2 kids bedrooms. We will have the home deep cleaned prior to guest arrival. This is a real family home which means there is food, art stuff, stuff in the garage and toys in the rooms. What's ours is yours. Use with care. Eat with pleasure. This is not a property exclusively for rentals so retire any expectations of perfection. This is our home we are happy to open up to families just like ours. Please know there is a table and chair in the diamond room closet that can be used for remote work. There is an office space that is not available to guests. We may need to access once a week. A guest should be available to coordinate a time to access the room on the first floor. We will have lawn care 1x a week. Someone will bring the trashcans to the street on Mondays and return them.
