Le 1016 West Main propose un appartement au deuxiÚme étage récemment rénové avec une entrée séparée et de nombreux parkings dans la rue en face de cette maison historique construite en 1911. Il dispose de trois chambres (deux avec lits queen et une avec lits jumeaux) et deux salles de bain complÚtes. Sont également inclus un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine et une buanderie. Les autres équipements incluent la télévision par satellite, Internet haut débit et un grand balcon donnant sur W. Rue principale. Deen and David thought of everything , including putting up a tree and decorations for us. It was absolutely perfect, cozy, clean and beautiful. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back again.

This is one of my favorite VRBO stays. The host met our every needs and went beyond with extras. The rooms were so beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. My goodness it was perfect. We walked to downtown Historic District .

David and Deena were wonderful! This home is stocked with just about everything you would need, right down to the noise machine for better sleep. The home was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the cute little shops and restaurants. The town of Franklin is the most charming place I've ever been. It belongs in a Hallmark move!

This historic home was a pure joy to stay in. It was the perfect location, extremely well stocked with everything anyone would need or want, and it had charm and elegance while still being homey. We have stayed in dozens of short-term rentals and this one was definitely a top choice.

I stayed for 7 weeks and enjoyed my stay immensely. Deen and David were extremely attentive hosts. Fantastic location; 5 minute walk to charming Franklin downtown. The apartment was very well equipped and the furnishings extremely comfortable.

Franklin Family vacation

We loved the house. I was clean and very nice. It was really convenient to be so close to downtown. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and walking into town. We highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

A charming historic home located blocks from downtown Franklin that has lovely hosts. The whole upstairs has a separate entrance that is yours to enjoy. Great amenities abound. We would definitely stay again.

Downtown Franklin TN House

My siblings and I (three couples ) were in Franklin for a family reunion and were so happy to have found David and Deen's VRBO. There was more than enough space for the six of us, and we enjoyed being able to walk into town. It was a rainy few days, but no worries; David and Deen had plenty of umbrellas handy. The beds were comfortable, and the two bathrooms worked fine for us. Their place exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

A Wonderful Place

Six of gals from the States all gathered together. This was the perfect spot to convene and within walking distance of downtown Franklin. The hosts could not be more accomodating. The two complimentary wine bottles and the GOO candies were a bonus! Thanks D & D!

Comfort and Kindness

Our family enjoyed 5 nights at David and Deen's 3BR/2BA apartment and had an incredible home base for our adventures. Of course, life always throws curveballs, so the central heating decided to go out upon our arrival. David and Deen couldn't have been more gracious and on top of things in working through the repair -- all while taking steps to ensure we were warm and cozy while we waited for the repair to be completed. The home had absolutely every amenity that we needed for an enjoyable and deeply relaxing stay. I highly recommend the property.
