Great Spot in Downtown Phx

Very nice and great communication from owner. Studio has everything you will need. It's very clean (like new), in a safe and secure building.

Misleading listing and over charged

Property seemed great from reviews- but we were so disappointed!!! This listing quoted it 'sleeps 3' when the studio only had 1 queen bed, and a dirty small bench that did not pull out to a bed...and no other place for a 3rd person to sleep. And no extra linens or pillow or anything. And to make matters worse - VRBO 'customer service' gave no options to help besides messaging the host. We had to find other accommodations and got hardly any refund back for the fact that we could not stay and had to find other accommodations. Total false advertising! Don't stay here and beware of described property.

Great Place to Stay

This place was perfect for 2 people. Very clean, easy to access, great location and has everything you need inside. The host had great communication. We would stay here again any time.

Great communication, fantastic location

I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Phoenix. Vince and An provided great communication and detailed everything about the property in a clear and helpful guidebook! They even provided recommendations for restaurants nearby that we tried and loved. The place was clean and quiet and had all the amenities of a hotel and more. It was close to everything downtown and definitely exceeded expectations.

Impressive

Everything was exactly as described. It was very comfy, cozy and had everything we needed. This is a very clean property, which was important for me. There is assigned parking so you don’t have to worry about that. The host checked in with us via email throughout our visit which was great.
