Emerald Isle #502 offers two living rooms, one of which can be used as a lock-out for additional privacy.

Great location, and nice accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay. While we didn’t get to enjoy the beach as much, had to stay out of the water, because of high rip currents; it was still a wonderful vacation.

Fun Family Vacation

We took our adult children and their families on a vacation, which we haven't done since we had grandchildren. It was great! The beds are not the most comfortable, and neither are the couches, but we had such an amazing time!

Nice balconies, on the beach, condo was nice but the fold out bed was broke, very uncomfortable, couple little things but all in all had a great time.

Great Family Place

Great place for families to stay. Our family had a wonderful time and would stay again! The only criticism I have is that the kitchen had no cookie sheets or pot holders and there were definitely not enough towels or rags for bathing 13 people. These are small complaints for such an overall great stay!

Family vacation

Property is nice. Condo is spacious for a large group. Air conditioner went out in part of condo. They sent contractor quickly and did their best to correct the problem.

Spacious and well equipped

We rented this condo as snow birds for two months. Our family members from the north were able to join us for a few days at a time and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped even though we also enjoyed eating out at the many seafood restaurants nearby. As a bonus, this was by far the cleanest condo we have ever rented.

Check in was easy but many issues during our stay. We discovered roaches just hours after our arrival. 2 of the 4 tvs did not work at all, the outlets in this condo are fire hazards and some don’t work at all, the dishwasher did not work, and on the 3rd night of our 7 day stay the refrigerator stopped working. We lost a lot of groceries we had purchased for the week. Instead of bringing us another fridge, Southern Vacation Rentals brought us one cooler with 2 bags of ice for 10 people. After fighting with them for a few days, they did refund a small amount of money to me but nothing compared to what they should have for the amount of problems we had during the week.

Pretty good overall!

Looked exactly like pics online! Close to beach and things to do in the area! When we pulled into complex though, there weren't clear instructions on where to park and which building we were in. That could've helped.

Terrible weather, great place to stay

It stormed every day we were there except for 1. The condo is exactly like it shows in the pictures. It has quick access to the beach. My only complaints are that the kitchen is not well stocked to allow for regular cooking. Also, there were only a few towels provided and when there are 13 people at a beach you will need quadruple the amount in a day. So if you choose to stay at this condo, bring your own cooking sheets, towels, and plastic cups. Although the weather didn’t allow for us to go to the beach as much we had a great time! We would stay here again.

Headache through and through

Originally had booked a different condo at a different property. Was told by text 2 days to arriving that there would be construction on the balconies while we would be there. So i contacted the property management company for a solution. After 4 seperate phone calls was finally presented with another location. New location was smaller and was told we would have to cover the additional cost. Thankfully the management company ate the cost. New location was unaccessible originally, after getting in found dirty dishes, floors covered in sand, counters were sticky. Showers had rusty drains, tile was painted which was peeling off. The private beach was nice besides we were forced to setup our stuff behind the rentable chairs/umbrellas. Made due but will not stay here again. Not worth the cost. Did meet 1 of the owners of a condo above us. They stated that their condo which is updated would have been cheaper and a better bedding situation.

Nice place and location

Enjoyed beach views from balconies everyday! Great location. Glad to see updating on the outside of the building as a whole, but was a bit noisy. Would love to come back again. Property was as described! Thanks for the opportunity to stay here!
