The title is misleading. It is not beautifully renovated. Everything needs updating. Beds were comfortable. Had one small problem but owner handled it immediately. Very quiet place with a short walk to the beach. Was a nice stay just really needs upgrading.

This was the perfect location. We enjoyed our stay very much. The check out was the easiest we have ever experienced outside of a hotel.

The beach views were stunning. The house is in much need of repairs. The balconies were sagging on the house and the railing is loose. Not safe. Water down stairs would get cold after running for a few minutes. Concrete driveway is cracked everywhere and is a trip hazard. The upstairs bathroom that is on ocean side has settled, the shower is cracked and leaning. There is a soft spot on the floor in the bedroom that is ocean side.

We were super happy with our stay. The place is beautiful and right on the beach. The rooms are nice and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. We will be back and I highly recommend staying here.

Great place

Great place and great location. Small problem with ac but the host was quick to get on getting the problem fixed. Plenty of room for our family and right on the beach. Enjoyed the place very much.

Townhouse

My family of 10 stayed here this past week and loved it! Check-in was a breeze, the host is amazing and is quickly to respond. The house was spacious and clean. We never felt crammed. It had all the amenities and the appliances we needed! It came with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas that were set up and ready for us every morning, which was awesome! We visited the Gulfarium and the Okaloosa Mini Golf and Ice Cream shop, which were both right up the street. We watched the firework show from our top balcony and got a great view of the pier! Just so many activities to do and none of them are very far. We definitely enjoyed everything about our stay and would 100% book again!

Needs more than a remodel

Upon walking into the unit, there was an overwhelming smell of mildew and a huge dehumidifier running on the bottom level. The upstairs was nicely remodeled, however, our biggest concerns were the balconies and the upstair bathroom. The floor is soft in areas of the shower. The balcony is literally sagging in the corner and not safe to be in. The bottom balcony, which is roofed by the top balcony and is heavily bowed, was decent but the railing was moving quit easily and could fall with one forceful push. You can see the separation of the balconies from the actual house occuring. It's not safe! The front step is painted the same color as the porch and my family that has a sight disability kept tripping and almost falling. With all that being said, it is a good location, but for the high price of rent and safety of tenants, you would think that there would be more pride taking into consideration.

Amazing location, but needs some work!!

We loved the location and the view was beautiful from the balcony, but we did have a few issues. When we first checked in the smell of mildew was so bad, one of our party had to sleep on the sofa upstairs. We did call the property manager and told them, they seemed surprised. We asked if we could get a dehumidifier and it was after two pm the next day before that arrived. Now that seemed to help with the mildew smell, but it took a couple of days. The other issue we had was the downstairs shower never got hot, we all used the upstairs showers.

Location!

The location of this condo was ideal for what we wanted. We were literally 150 ft to the beach chairs they provided (with umbrella) . We were thrilled not to have carry chairs and umbrellas etc to the beach. Check in was seamless and property manager was prompt and polite.Plenty of kitchen equipment/utensils are provided.Would rent again.

Lovely place

We have been here before but this place keeps us coming back for more!!! we will be back. very clean, people who run it are very friendly, and it is literally right there on the beach. we traveled with 2 under 2 and the only downfall was the stairs! but it was very manageable!

Perfect place for families!

The owner and property manager were amazing!! The house was perfect for families w children, the view is insane. The beach was literally in the backyard. My kids had a blast- we will for sure be coming back!

The property was perfect for our needs. Communication was quick and helpful. The beach chair service was wonderful. The kitchen had all the gear you need, plus a few basics. Clean and comfortable, steps from the ocean. Already looking at dates for next year.

On the beach

It sits so close to the water that you can hear the waves. The first floor was like a mini apartment. It is a fantastic place. My family had lots of room to fan out. The balconies on the top two floors have great views. *****this is not a place for mobility limitations. I’m a leg amputee and I struggled some with the stairs. Everyone else loved the property.

Perfect Vacation

This property was perfect for the six of us! And we could’ve fit more. There was so much room on all three floors and the hangout space on the second floor was perfect And had the Best View! This property was so convenient to everything needed and Destin and has the cutest little restaurant next-door. Will, definitely be staying here again

The town home works so well for us! Being right on the beach makes it nice. Had a few issues while we were there but made contact with the owner and they were right on it trying to fix the problem and got them fixed.

Great location!

Loved the house! Worked out perfect for 6 of us. The house was well equipped for a week long stay if you wanted to grill or cook meals. AC works excellent so we all slept great. We ate several times at the restaurant “ Beach View” right beside the house, great breakfast and no driving!!! The views are spectacular! It’s right on the beach and the chairs are set up waiting for you at 8 am. It’s in an area that’s spaced out well so we had lots of room to play on the beach! Owner/manager was easy to get in touch with and very nice! We look forward to many stays here in the future.

Nice Townhome

Great for extended families. Home was clean, well stocked and right on the beach. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. I would definitely return to this slice of paradise!
