Property was very quiet and safe with locked gates. Short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub was nice. Room was exactly as described and all guests were comfortable.

The condo was great very close to the pool and hot tub. And a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops within a short drive.

Condo Stay

Everything was great. Pool was warm, Hot tub was hot, beach was close went to that everyday. Local restaurants near by with very good service and food. Also local gift shops close by with good prices. Bunk beds and bed were comfortable enough room traveling with 4 adults for a girls trip. Definitely will come back again.

Condo could use some updates and also black out curtains in the bedroom!! Walkway lights where to bright at night so lite up the room while trying to sleep! Never had a key to the patio door for entrance to the pool either!!

Great location, Friendly Environment

This was the perfect space for our family. Went to the beach with 6, 4, & 2 year old. The older two loved the bunk beds in the hall way. The bed in the bedroom was plenty big enough for my hubby, myself, and the little one. The living room had a comfy pull out couch/bed. The pool and hot tub were right by our back door. Nice little "porch" area. The beach was about 200 yds away, crossed a very quiet road, short little walk way and you're there. The residents of the condo that I encountered were very kind and tolerant of my 3 littles in the pool and hot-tub area. Over all great experience. Only downside, the beach access takes you to a small portion of the beach that is for "public use" however, another beach access is only a mile down the road.

Only one issue

The patio door does not lock from the outside. You have to engage the deadbolt from the inside and then walk around the building to go to the beach or pool. No key is/was available.

Didn't Pay Much, Didn't Get Much

Online Description: Location was spot on. The Gulf Islands National Seashore park is why people go to the beach in the first place. Beautiful, natural. Highly recommend. The first floor worked for us to easily bring our bicycles into the condo at night. The pool area was very clean. The grounds were kept clean. The walk over to the public beach access was easy. The condos on either side of the public beach access include signs and an employee to make sure you do not put your towel on “their” sand. What a bunch of BS. Guest Services: email and text worked between company and myself. Maintenance Needs: door locks may or may not work. Never on the first try. Coffee pot may or may not work. Goes into delay mode and stays there. TV remotes need an engineer to figure out. Internet went out late Wednesday. Furniture to big for space. A sofa that goodwill will not take. Little or no bedding. Carpet in bedroom is hazardous to your feet and good health. Cleanliness of Condo. Interior maintenance. The inside is a dump. Recommend steam clean floors. Recommend clean and paint vents in ceiling The blue plastic bag stuck in a hole in the ceiling was a good conversation starter. One call could not correct this. I'm on vacation, riding my bike, loving the beach, eating great seafood. Not planning on fixing this mess. Quality of the Condo. Didn't pay much, didn't get much. I would not stay in this condo again unless I was homeless.
