You can’t get any closer to the beach then when you stay at Villas Capri #2. This one-bedroom condo can accommodate up to four guests. Sitting on the ground floor, the beach can be accessed simply by walking out your back patio. You’ll enjoy the comforts of home during your vacation here, including free WiFi and a full kitchen. The open floor plan will allow you to gather everyone in your group together comfortably.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 4): This property provides fresh and clean bed linens, including comforters and coverlets, laundered prior to each check-in.

This place is added to our list to revisit!!! Parking was the only downfall, but not bad enough to keep us away.

close to the beach

A great place to stay. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Just steps to the beach. Was a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great vacation here

The condo was clean and we really enjoyed our stay there. We love the close proximity to the beach. We also like the location.. that it is not as crowded as it is in Destin. We will definitely be back.

Quick getaway

Was just a short trip for my teenage daughter and I. Was perfect for us and so wonderful to slide the patio door and be out on the beach. Was very clean and had everything we needed.

On the beach

The best part about this place is the location. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The exterior is still under renovation and looks kind of rundown. However the interior is cute, clean and comfortable. Perfect for two or three people.

Great location!

Our condo was just as described! Very well maintained and great location! Very close to the beach and in a quiet location. Our door code was given to us 7 days prior but wasn’t the correct code when we went to check in but it was quickly resolved once I called customer service. I would stay here again and would recommend others to stay here as well!

Upon our arrival we were given an incredible place to call home for 4 days and a wakeup. Everything was impeccable and location A+. Thank you Southern Rental we see ya next year hopefully.

Disappointed on the ocean

We arrived to find the condo quite musty with a full bucket of water in the dehumidifier as if it was not emptied by cleaning crew as well as dirty counters, refrigerator shelves, and a stinky bottle full of cigarette butts greeted us as we walked out the slider ro take in the beach view. As a first impression- not a great way to start. The washer and dryer were also unavailable due to it being replaced during our stay so I ran out of underwear and clean outfits. Of the 10 or 12 places we've stayed on Okaloosa island the past 4 years, it ranked a 3/10 for us a d we won't be back.

Perfect for our family! Not too crowded! Loved it!

The place was perfect size for us (family of 3) The unit was very clean, towels provided which was great since I forgot them. The picture in this listing as of June 2023 are old and the unit looks slightly different, there is a nicer chair in the living room and No ottoman making it easier to pull the couch out for a sofa bed. Plenty of kitchen utensils. The coffee maker was a dual coffee pot or Keurig pods. Absolutely loved the bottom floor access so much easier with luggage than taking the stairs. We didn’t have any issues or need to contact the owner during our stay. Everything was perfect and ready upon arrival! There was a small plug in fan in the closet and was a great help in the bedroom at night. If you’re like my family and like it cold, I highly recommend plugging it in night one, helped keep the room much cooler at night. There was no free chair service be sure to bring your own chairs and umbrella or rent for the day from the beach service crew. The parking lot is smaller but we never had any issues with parking. Overall loved the location it was far enough down the beach we didn’t seem packed in like the other condo/hotels on the strip. We did go down the beach with friends staying here and their area seemed more packed than the beach in front of here.
