We loved this location! Easy access to the beach, pool, and parking lot. We will definitely stay here again. The view of the moon at night was breathtaking. Condo was clean and the beds were comfy.

We will be back! We loved this place. It was an up to date, clean, SUPER convenient to the beach and pool location. Our family appreciates that its not a huge building with a lot of people as well.

We loved this ground floor condo with grassy area and the location!

Would like to rent this property again in the future if our plans take us to Crystal Beach/Destin. The only negative was the refrigerator made a constant clicking noise.

Great location. Beautiful views

Ground level condo on the beach with gorgeous views of the beautiful water. We saw dolphins every morning which our family really enjoyed. The location is fantastic and is close to anything and everything you could ask for. Cannot beat the ease of packing up and heading down to your chairs. The condo building is also gated, which was a nice touch. The people who work there were also super helpful and friendly. The property management team was also very responsive to any question or issues we had. The pictures of the condo were as advertised. The master suite was a lovely place for my in laws to stay while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked but a little smaller than I was expecting but the listing does provide the dimensions of all the rooms. One issue being on the ground floor is noise. You can hear people above you and on either sides. Additionally the front of the condo faces the pool directly, which was great during the day but at night, when people were there late night, past the time allowed, it was loud for those staying in the front bedrooms. If you like a dark room to sleep, like I do, the front two rooms only have blinds and the outside lights shine right in. I think they would benefit from putting some curtains on those windows. I think the condo could use a deep clean. I felt like things were dusty (rails and such) and things weren’t as clean as I would’ve expected when we arrived.
