Cette maison spacieuse et dĂ©corĂ©e de façon experte, de quatre chambres Ă  coucher et de trois salles de bain, a une superbe piscine * CHAUFFÉE et BAIGNOIRE CHAUFFÉE (neuve, 37 jets, endroit parfait pour se dĂ©tendre). The house was just as described. Perfect getaway for our family of six on a quiet street. Located close enough to bike to all of the shopping and dining in Coligny Plaza.

Beautiful backyard with a short easy walk to the beach. Hot tub was lovely during November and pool heated such that the kids swam. Well stocked kitchen and I really liked that there was an extra fridge in the side room with washer/dryer. One thing to note is the chairs for the beach are what we consider "bag chairs" not true beach chairs. We had a wonderful time and absolutely would stay again!

Everything was as described. We had a great time hanging out by the pool and hot tub. Fenced in area was great for dogs. The house was clean and comfy beds. Location was close to the beach and bike trail. We didn’t need but noticed they had a small crib and lots of baby things.

Beautiful house in the perfect location. Quick drive to all the shops and restaurants at Coligney Plaza but far enough from there that you practically have the beach to yourselves. The house was spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor area and the pool were incredible. We had so much fun back there. The property owner and manager were both very attentive answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Be sure to take the young kids to Lowcounrty Celebration Park right down the road across from Coligney Plaza. For the big kids (and adults) head up to the docks near Hudson’s and Skull Creek restaurants and watch the fishermen feed the scraps from their catch to the sharks around 5pm. Great vacation. Wish it didn’t have to end.

We stayed here with the family for my dad’s birthday and it was truly the perfect place for a family getaway. The listing was exactly as described: spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. We had 8 adults and a toddler, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The couch fit all of us, and we enjoyed big family dinners at the dining table each night.The outdoor space was amazing and definitely a highlight of the trip. The pool was very clean and maintained, and the hot tub worked perfectly (which isn’t always the case at other rentals). There were also plenty of beach chairs, floats, and toys included, which made our pool and beach days so easy.The location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short walk to the beach, where we could do quick morning walks together as a family if we didn't want to set up for the day yet. The house was also incredibly clean and well-stocked.Communication with the host was top-notch. She even gave us a call before our trip to go over details and answer any questions we had; and also checked in during the trip as well. She was flexible and accommodating, which made the experience even better.We would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend!

HHI 2025

We chose to return to this house for the 2nd time after a great stay a couple of years ago. Our family has been visiting Hilton Head Island for the past 25 years and this spot was ideal. Close enough to the Coligny for a daily morning walk to the Piggly Wiggly but far enough that the short walk to the beach gave easy access to plenty of room without a crowd. The patio & pool area is ideal for our party of 8 - including two kids and the pool was a good combination of sun & shade. Lots of areas to hang together or sit away from the group for some quiet time. Nice but not overly fancy so it felt like home. Strongly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. The house was in a perfect location. We had a few small issues but they were taken care of quickly and the communication with the owner and property manager was top notch. The only down-side we had was that we felt that it would have been nice to have more than one sink in at least one, if not two of the bathrooms. That was really the only down-side. The pool and back-yard area was amazing and we spent a majority of our time (that we were not on the beach) in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked and the extra room with an extra fridge was great to have! Would recommend to friends and family.

Just what we needed!

Backyard is an oasis of different seating areas, shady and sunny! Home is well stocked for every need. Plates and cups for pool area and regular plates for inside. Both manager and owner were extremely easy to work with and quick with responses. Easy short walk to the beach, with plenty of supplies for the beach. Wagons, chairs, and floats. Very enjoyable!!!

Relaxing and convenient location!

Private location - with an excellent pool. The beach walk was short with a beautiful sandy and uncrowded beach in front of the walk through. The chairs and wagon came in handy for us! I loved the convenience of coligny plaza as it was a short bike ride or walk for everything we could need.

Perfect Beach Holiday

The house was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. A 15 minute walk to the shopping district. But the best part was the house. Pool was perfect. Backyard had plenty of space with many sitting areas. The house inside and out was in great shape. The owner and property manager were extremely helpful. When my daughter left her text to me was we need to rent this house again next year. Couldn’t agree more. Had a wonderful week with the family and renting this house made it perfect. Till next year.

Family Vacay

Laura was great with communication before we even arrived at the property. She helped us adjust our dates and arrival time to fit our needs with having a toddler. Which - the option of a crib and pack n play was a life saver for us. We had 6 adults - each with enough space of their own. Great location for the beach and Coligny. We met the property manager upon arrival and she was great as well! Would definitely recommend this home for a family!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

Everything was as described! Location was about a five minute walk to the beach and mostly shaded! The pool and hot tub were extra nice after a long day at the beach. Plenty of amenities including cooking items. Would stay again for sure!

Great Beach Vacay

The property is in a quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, fully stocked with beach and pool supplies, kitchen and grilling needs and great accommodations for our family of 9
from ages 87-2! Laura is fantastic to work with and communicated well to made sure all of our needs were met. Highly recommend this property!

Fabulous Stay!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Laura’s home! The location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach in a super family-friendly neighborhood. The house itself is exactly as described in the pictures, clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Laura, the host, is exceptional! She took great care of us throughout our stay, providing timely and helpful communication. She responded quickly to any queries we had and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. While arriving late due to being stuck in traffic, Laura even coordinated the delivery of a scooter we had rented for my dad, which was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this rental! Super pet friendly too!! We will come back! Thanks you, Laura!

So pretty!

The place was beautiful! Loved the backyard oasis. There was a problem with the pool light that didn’t get fixed until later in the week, but the host was nice enough to let us stay an extra night for free because of it!

Fantastic location, charming home w/ great outdoor space

We’ve been coming to HHI for years and North Forest Beach is, by far, our favorite location. 3 Mallard is charming and in a perfect location, just off beach and a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Laura was a thoughtful, fantastic, communicative host. For those who like to cook, kitchen is very well-appointed. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Hiton Head

Lovely back yard with multiple seating areas, pool, and hot tub, and umbrellas for shade. The kitchen is nicely equipped (we like to cook) with pans for stovetop and oven baking. Plenty of room in bedrooms for our group. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance.

We are "nomads" who have lived all over the country.....before having 2 kids and afterwards; able to travel all summer now and come "home" to Hilton Head Island. Met the best and neatest folks we've ever had a chance to meet here on Hilton Head so we feel very blessed. Although we live here "part-time" we consider this our home and glad the folks we have rented to over the years have taken such good care of it during their visits.

Only 2 blocks from ocean, but in a laid-back, friendly neighborhood; large backyard. We started with a "lovely" swamp of a backyard, but quickly got to work to create a true oasis for us and guests! with good sized pool (can be heated); standalone 37-jet hot tub; and lots of different sitting/dining/tanning areas for all guests along with grill.
