Sea Garden Cottage, short walk to public beach access with bathrooms and parking

Enjoy the Beaches and fun of 30A at 49 Ashley Lane. Custom built home located just a short walk, or bike to the beach, restaurants, and shops. (several bikes are included). The house is located in the upscale community of Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach. The pool (heated & cooled) is just around the corner from the house. The Blue Mountain public beach access is less than a 10 minute walk and has a parking lot and bathrooms.

"Sea Garden" cottage has an open floor plan with teak hardwood floors, large modern kitchen with seating at the island and dining table. Comfortable den with large TV. Down stairs master bedroom has King bed with TV. Master bath also has a TV to watch while you relax in your freestanding soaking tub. Both upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed with ensuite full bathrooms (tub & shower). Additional twin built-in Bunkbeds in upstairs landing area along with additional queen fold out couch in upstairs bedroom.

Kick back on the large front porch with swing and additional seating. Bike or walk to shops and restaurants and the beautiful beach. Gas grill provided. Close to Grayton Beach, WaterColor and Seaside.

We had an extended stay and Marie was a great host. Very responsive to requests and issues. The house is in good shape and the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. We highly recommend a stay at the Sea Garden Cottage.

If you’re looking for the perfect beach home – this is it! The house was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with everything from kitchen essentials to beach towels. There were even plenty of bikes available, which was a great bonus. Communication with Marie was excellent – she was responsive, helpful, and made the whole process easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We loved the location of this home, being a short and easy golf cart ride to the beach, in a cute neighborhood. It was right in the middle of some of our favorite places (hurricanes oyster bar, Grayton seafood company, red bar on one side, and places like goat feathers and shunk gulley on the other side). The downstairs area was fabulous and updated. The upstairs was great for kids and such. The owners were so attentive and responsive! Highly recommend!

We stayed at this place in 2022 and returned to it in 2023. We love it so much! It has everything you would need for your stay. We grilled out and the kids loves the bikes. Comfortable beds and spacious living area. Owner was very attentive! Great beach house!

Family Beach Vacation

We were a party of 8 including 2children. The accommodations were perfect with 3 master suites and the bunk bed alcove. We appreciated the availability of beach gear. The beach was a short walk & the pool was nearby and rarely crowded. Loved the location and spent a lot of time on the porch area. The grill and bikes were a nice perk. Highly recommended 😎

Great Experience!

Check-in and out was a breeze, which was very nice considering everyone is exhausted arriving and departing. Always a quick response from management/owners, if we had any questions. House was very nice and clean, and had all that you would need in the kitchen (if you forgot something.) Everyone had plenty of personal room. Overall, great experience!

Sea Garden Cottage

The cottage was a perfect size for our family. It is nestled in behind some trees giving it a little more privacy than many of the other homes in the neighborhood. The pool is easy to get to as well as the beach- especially if you have a golf cart. The host provides bikes, beach chairs/ umbrellas as well as ample linens and kitchen supplies (pans, dishes, etc). We were able to relax and enjoy our family vacation without any worries at all. Very happy with our choice!!

Wonderful home and owner

We are a family of 5 and there was room enough that each of our 3 kids could have comfortably brought a friend. Kitchen was perfect, stocked well with everything you could need; lots of beach supplies and great bikes to use. It’s a newer home, so all the floors, cabinets, appliances, bathrooms were very nice. Front porch swing was great for morning coffee. Owner was immediately responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Excellent rental for families! Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 loved our stay here over Spring Break. Would highly recommend to anyone. It is a easy 8 minute walk to the beach, ice cream shoppe, coffee & donuts, bakery, taco restaurant/bar with live music, and a convenience store. 3 beach access points within walking distance - we recommend the one to the left of the main entrance - way less busy. Easy bike ride to explore and shop the Grayton and Santa Rosa areas. Overarll the neighborhood and area is very nice and safe, definitely family friendly. The community pool is right around the corner and perfect for after the beach. Having bikes, backpack beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and cart were awesome to have available for us. Beds comfortable! Very well appointed. Publix is close by (car ride) for groceries. We explored all the beach towns along 30A and were so glad we rented in in Blue Mtn - it's very laid back and would definitely return. Thank you, Marie!

Beautiful house.Great hostess.

First of all,this is the best rental experience I've had.Easiest check in.The hostess is wonderful.She immediately answered all texts,made sure everything was alright during our stay. The pictures are accurate.They do not,however, do justice to the front porch.We found ourselves out there daily,reading and talking for hours.It's a comfortable place with 2 overhead fans. The kitchen has everthing you need.The closet of gear has chairs and more.There were 8 or 9 bikes,all in good shape. Downstairs master bathroom has walkin shower and claw bath,both really nice. A beautiful,very clean,home.Highly recommend.

Family time

The house was just perfect for my kids and grandkids. I’ve stayed I. Other vrbo’s but this was the best so far. It was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals and enjoy them around the table. There was even a high chair for my 18 month old grandson. The host even sent a text providing things to do on a rainy day. Best vacay this year and wonderful memories to hold onto.
