Please note: The unit is accessed via a short staircase (8–10 steps). The only shower is a tub/shower combo requiring a step over the tub.

Charming getaway just a few minutes from shops, restaurants, and 2 different ways to get onto the mountain. Very clean and easy to get to and from, never needed a car while staying here. Comfortable bed and great temperature control all made for a great stay.

This is a fantastic condo just steps away from Vail village. Location is everything and this is perfect - short walk to the gondola, restaurants, etc. The condo was in great condition, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. This is a perfect spot for a couple looking for a nice getaway.

We enjoyed our stay overall and found this condo to be a solid option in Vail, especially for its location. It’s an easy walk to Vail Village and Gondola One, which made getting on and off the mountain very convenient.4-star experience: the main reason for the 4-star rating was noise from the upstairs neighbor. Throughout our stay, we were regularly woken up late at night and early in the morning (around 3am–5am) by what sounded like someone walking around in ski boots. We assumed it may have been someone with early mountain shifts. If you’re a deep sleeper, this may not be an issue, but for lighter sleepers, it did make getting consistent rest challenging.Condo's interior: the interior design was beautiful. The unit itself is located down a set of stairs at the basement level of the complex, so views are limited to the ground and nearby creek/river rather than mountain views, which was fine for us but worth noting for others.Checkout process: checkout included tasks such as stripping beds, cleaning dishes & taking trash to the dumpster, which are sometimes expected with Vrbo stays. However, since we paid a cleaning fee as part of our standard Vrbo booking, these cleaning tasks ultimately made the final moments of our vacation feel more like chores than a smooth departure.That said, the condo is well-located, nicely updated and could be a great fit for guests who prioritize proximity to the village and don’t mind potential noise or more involved checkout requirements.

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at home. The host had thought of every detail to make our stay the best - right down to the jetted tub to soak our sore muscles. The view was beautiful and the space was well appointed. The spacious kitchen was really nice. So glad we made this choice.

Beautiful, luxurious condo! Very comfortable and a great view. I thought the photos showed a patio but there wasn’t any outdoor area, which was slightly disappointing. But we very much enjoyed our stay!

This is our second time staying at this wonderful condo. Its perfectly located and beautifully appropriated. They supply everything you need to really enjoy your stay in Vail. Located on Gore Creek, its really quiet at night, and fun to be there during the day. You are close but not too close to Vail Village. We really enjoy staying there.

Property is just as described. Clean, central location, and we were able to walk everywhere in Vail right out the door. Great benefit to park the car in a designated spot and no need to drive. Having the Gore River flowing directly outside was lovely. Easy checkin and responsive communications with owner. Thank you!

This place was so perfect we came back! The best place ever to stay! Close walking distance to everything, clean and cozy with very comfortable beds and linens. Great property BUT....

The upstairs neighbor is awake around 4:00 AM everyday and bangs around incessantly. It is so loud it seems as though it is done on purpose. So, Unfortunately on our vacation we were up everyday at 4:00 AM, we were exhausted and worn out by this. I would never stay here again, EVER. The host was nice, the place was exactly as described but unfortunately it was a terrible experience. The host provides a sound machine in the bedroom to try and help, unfortunately you can not cover thumping and banging - it had zero effect. We contacted the host who said it must be a loud renter, it is not. The upstairs neighbor lives there. Renter be ware.

This place is AWESOME!!! It’s perfectly clean, adorably decorated, spacious, and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a nice treat after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the village shops, restaurants, and slopes. The host was quick to respond and check in and check out went smoothly. Perfect location! Maybe a 10 min walk to gondola one. 5 minute walk and your in vail village. Bed was super comfortable; which was perfect after a long day on the slopes and Towels were plush
 it’s the small details for me, lol. Host were very attentive and even messaged us since we had a snow storm coming one. And might I mention they own one of our favorite restaurants; el Segundo ( gotta get the Korean Beed Tacos Will stay here again!

Great location!

The condo was well-stocked, super clean, and very comfortable for the two of us. The lifts were an easy walk to Gondola One, about 5 minutes. The condo is in Vail Village, making dining, shopping, and apres-ski very convenient. Heather was great at all communications, and check-in and check-out were simple. We would stay here again!

Place was pretty much as advertised, good location.

The place was as advertised. Very expensive but thats to be expected in Vail Village. Laundry advertises a no charge credit but that doesnt work when you use the app it says the promotion has expired. No big deal but don't advertise what you can not deliver. Whoever lives directly above this unit is up by 5AM and it's loud and wakes you up but they leave by 6.Again, pretty much what we expected. Location is really nice.

Wonderful

Everything was great. You can walk to the Riva Bahn lift from the condo. Takes less than five mins. The owners’ communication was excellent. The space provided is clean and well stocked. We cooked breakfast daily, but you could easily make dinner as well. The view of the creek out back is nice.,

Heather was born and raised in Wisconsin. She moved to Colorado in 2001. Cameron grew up in Miami and moved to Colorado in 2004. Ironically enough, they met on Chair 2 in Vail. They still live in the Vail Valley and love the mountain lifestyle just as much as they did the day they moved here. Heather and Cameron are in Vail almost every day to snowboard, hike, mountain bike and maintain the condo.
