We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

The Wells, Maine area has many activities and attractions, including sandy beaches, wonderful restaurants, unique Maine shops, and events such as deep-sea fishing, kayaking and nature trails.


Each unit is permitted only ONE parking space
All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival
Payment Methods – All major credit cards accepted
No personal checks accepted
If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, you will receive a full refund, less
a $35.00 service fee . If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
No refunds for early departures
Two night minimum stay required

Nice get away

We loved the location. Very close to the beach and some small shops within walking distance. Not a fancy room, but it had all we needed. Not sure if the AC was in the best condition, but didn't affect our stay. Great area and location within close proximity to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport.

Room was outdated but comfortable enough. The beach was really great except goingup and down the stairs to the beach and climbing over the rocks.

Very clean, nice room. Only issue is was advertised as able to sleep 4 with a pullout couch, but the pull out couch mattress was barely anything, not useable. 1 adult and 1 child shared the couch, not pulled out. Def not a 4 person accomadation. Poole and hot tub were nice and clean. Very close to beach, arcade, and a couple cafes. Easy check in, friendly staff. Would stay again if its just 2 of us.

Perfect location but...

The location was perfect...a 2 minute walk to the beach. The person who checked me in was fantastic. When I went into the rental there was a strong smell of mildew. I believe it ended up causing me to not feel well after the first night. Might be time to change the carpet? The room itself was great. I gave it a 4 rating vs a 3 because of that and location.

Comfortable

The location was excellent. The room was a bit dark, but other than that, it was a great place to stay! The bathroom was spotless and the shower was excellent. I'd stay there again!

Great location

This property had an amazing location, 2 minute walk to the beach! The room itself was nothing extraordinary but it was clean, and provided everything that was listed. It was a comfortable stay for the 2 of us.
