Beautiful, great property

We had a fantastic stay at Sky View Villa. The property was very clean and had a ton of space for our family. It was in a great location, with a short walk to Tropic of Cancer beach and a short drive to a couple of other beaches. Kriston (the host) was also very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect location for our family get away

We enjoy every minute of our stay at Skyview Villa, it was the perfect location with a pool, our grandbaby loved it. The villa was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen and BBQ Pit. We beach hooped daily, Tropic of Cancer, Pretty Molly Beach and Forbes Hill Beach. We also enjoyed dinners at Tropic Breeze and Santana's, that area has so much to offer for guest staying in Little Exuma.

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay at this property! The home was very clean and had everything we needed plus more! It was our first time to Exuma and khristont went out of his way several times to make sure our experience was great! He was very kind and his Tropic Breeze restaurant is a must! The house is about a one minute drive on a gravel road to the most beautiful beach I have ever seen! We rented his van which was very nice not to have to deal with a rental company/someone else. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house and close to beach!

The house was beautiful and location was excellent. A short walk away from the beach. The pool was perfect for our three kids. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was always available and very helpful. Thanks again!

Great stay at Skyview Villa

We stayed one week at this Tropic of Cancer location. I wanted to be away from the masses yet close to restaurants and this was a great choice. The home was clean and comfortable and felt serene with all the trees. You can see the ocean from the tree tops as the house is on a hill. The beach has a snack bar which is a nice option if spending the day. Chef Khristont is very personable and his food is delicious. I would stay here again.

Great property with pool; steps from Tropic of Capricorn Beach.

Khriston and team do a fantastic job making your stay very easy and straightforward. The villa is super nice, we’ll maintained, has good Wi-Fi, and is in a great location near a truly phenomenal beach. We were also given very easy and helpful guidance on getting to grocery stores, banks, etc.

Beautiful, New Home!

We enjoyed our stay here! We arrived to a new home with a great floor plan for friends and family. We had everything we needed and Khriston made it happen if we had a request. He is a great host and Chef. Love his restaurant near by, Tropic Breeze. One minute drive to our favorite beach, Tropic of Cancer. Just beautiful.

Amazing Villa

We had an amazing time at this property! The location is great, the house is great and the management is top notch! They are so helpful with anything you might need and they’re quick to respond. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. We will definitely rent this property again!
