We enjoyed our week and the house was a good fit for our party of 4. The house was as described in the overview, clean with beautiful views. We did rent a boat and used the dock which was really great. I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful house and property. House was easy to get to, clean, and communication was good. The view from the master bedroom is amazing. Kayaking and paddle boarding was a great addition to the property. Highly recommend this property!

We loved staying at Landfall! The house was perfect for our family of 5, plenty of space to spread out. The views are amazing overlooking Moriah Harbour, the dock was perfect to rent a boat and have it delivered. We used the kayaks and paddle boards every day to quickly get across to the sandy beaches on the cay. Snorkeling was so fun to see the turtles, rays and fish. The house is well equipped with lots of beach towels and a cooler for a day on the boat. The kitchen has everything to prepare meals. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Landfall exceeded every expectation we had. If your goal is to disconnect, reconnect with nature, and experience the raw beauty of Exuma in a peaceful and authentic way, this place absolutely delivers.Being directly on Moriah Harbour was incredible. We spent nearly our entire trip exploring it by kayak and paddle board, which completely elevated the experience. Kayaking on glass water at dusk will live rent free in my head forever.The house was exactly as depicted and incredibly clean. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked wonderfully and quietly, and the WiFi was lightning fast throughout the property — even outdoors. We also felt incredibly safe and peaceful the entire trip.The dock setup worked very well for boating, and we highly recommend renting a boat if you stay here. We rented from Drex Rolle and had a fantastic experience. He genuinely cared that we had a safe and enjoyable time on the water.We also had a cancelled incoming flight, and Sarah immediately worked with us to adjust our reservation and refunded the missed night — something she absolutely did not have to do. The kindness and hospitality we experienced here genuinely made this trip special.The outdoor shower, coolers, towels, and the incredible guest binder full of local knowledge were all hugely appreciated.This was one of the most restorative trips my husband and I have taken in years. We genuinely cannot wait to return one day with our future family.

This is our second stay at Landfall and it is simply amazing! Incredible views, quiet, beautiful house and hosts that are so easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to return next year!

Beautiful home

We stayed at Landfall for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We rented a boat and explored the beautiful beaches. The house had everything we needed. Absolutely the most wonderful vacation of all time!

Cottage feel with views

Enjoyed the setting, the spacious sitting rooms (2), view from master bedroom, and locale close to town. Renting a boat is a must, swimming is in shallow waters everywhere, but colors in bay are mesmerizing. Kitchen could use some enhancements, but otherwise enjoyed our week. Owners seem to take care of property.

The house was beautiful. Being able to swim and snorkel and have a boat right at the house was phenomenal. The kayaks and paddle boards are a plus. The location was ideal for us as we like to be on the quieter side of the island.

Awesome Location and Stay!

We spent a wonderful, relaxing week in this beautiful home. The kayaks opened up the entire bay area for exploration. The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a gorgeous view of turquoise water! Communications with the property manager and check-in were a breeze. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to truly relax

A beautiful home with stunning views of Moriah Harbour and its incredible blue and green hues. We wanted a place to unwind, swim and snorkel in blue waters and enjoy family time together. This was the place!! Highly recommend.

Amazing place!!

Landfall is a beautiful home, in a beautiful place. Has everything you need and more! The shallow waters are great for snorkeling (actually the best time we had snorkeling was right off the dock), kayaking, swimming, and the sunsets!! It’s like no where else on Earth, just a perfect place to relax and enjoy the water...sad to leave, can not wait to return!!

Christmas in paradise

We loved our stay at Landfall. The house was perfect for our family of five. We rented a boat, enjoyed the kayaks provided, snorkeled around the corner from the house - saw two sea turtles right at the dock! Thank you to Desereen as she was available throughout our stay to answer any and all our questions. We loved the Exumas!
