Just a friendly reminder, during your stay, please follow the house rules : -Please treat the apartment as your own home. This is not a hotel.
- Please try to leave the Unit in the same condition as you find it. You will find soap and toilet paper when you arrive, then you'll have to provide your own toiletries ( shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc) There are several stores located at walking distance .
Please take garbage out, do dishes or place on dishwasher already cleaned on your check out .
-Take care of Linens and Towels (towels are not to clean the counter top or kitchen)
-This is a NON Smoking unit!! Smoking inside will result in a minimum additional cleaning Fee $200 .
-Pets are not permitted .
-Guest is responsible for any damage in the apartment.
-Rate includes a one time departure cleaning fee. Guests who leave the premises excessively dirty will be required to pay an extra cleaning fee.
-No daily maid service included. Additional cleaning is available for an additional fee upon request.
- Leave as much sand as possible outside the unit.

-Check in: after 4 pm
-Check out time: 11 am

PACK AND PLAY available Upon Request ( $30 Fee ) doesn't include sheets, blanket and pillow for the baby .

Important
at check out everything will be reviewed.
In the event that the cleaning staff finds damaged objects, towels stained with blood, makeup or others, the guest will be charged the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged object. No exceptions.
