The condo had breathtaking views. It was very clean with everything needed for the beach. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our party of 5. The check in process was a little difficult but now that we have done it will be much easier if we stay again!

Loved our stay at Jon’s condo. The view was spectacular the condo was clean and well equipped. Jon answered all our questions quickly. The price was unbeatable. I highly recommend.

Cons: Condo unit was upgraded but there was a musty smell coming from the walk in closet in the master bedroom. The window treatments and patio door verticals need upgrading. Water stains on them from some sort of water leak. Pros: Location, parking, upgraded bathrooms and the view from the balcony.

Spectacular balcony

Property was fabulous. We spent our time on the balcony, 4 beds in 2 rooms was perfect. The teens played football on the beach and swam in the ocean while we watched from the balcony. Clean, great communication with Jon. We’d stay again!

Great stay

Condo was very spacious and stocked well with everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of beach chairs and towels and you can also rent chairs and umbrellas from the main office for the beach. There is a small restaurant in the other Tides building that delivers. Owner was always quick to respond to any questions. Great stay overall

The View Alone Is Worth It…..

This is a great property! The views of the ocean, the waterway and the city were amazing! The penthouse was clean and spacious and had plenty of amenities that make life so much simpler. Great base for the weekend activities! Had to call the host in the very beginning and they responded within 1 minute. Everything about this property is great!

Beautiful penthouse

The penthouse was absolutely amazing. It’s right on the beach, very safe, great pool, great location, bedrooms are big, beds are comfortable and the overall space was big. We really enjoyed staying here and will be back to rent again. Highly recommend
