I'll start by saying that this property has so much potential. The view was as described and was the most enjoyable part of the stay. Also, the condo is MASSIVE! Plenty of room for us to spread out and beach access was only a few steps away. Now the bad: Once on the floor we immediately noticed the terrible staining of the hallway carpet and the stinch of "old." I remembered that the listing said "remodeled" but nothing about this property indicated a remodel had been done in recent years. The furnishings were old, there were spots on the wall were the paper from the sheetrock was missing, marks on the wall behind the bed, missing base board pieces near the window, tape on the master bedroom curtain rods, and obvious damage amd a hole in the 2nd bathroom door due to water damage. The reading lamp attached to the wall in the master was barely hanging on, some of the white towels were stained and 2 of the colored towels were still damp and smelled horrendous. There was also a bad sewer like smell coming from inside the closet of the master. It honestly smelled like someone passed gas in it. The inside of the jetted tub in the master was chipped and the faucets were in need of a major cleaning. Although the view was very nice, that alone is not enough for me to every want to stay here again. So much potential here, it just needs some work done to it.
