Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and offered so many fun options for the whole family - pool, game room, media room. Could not recommend it more!! We will definitely book again if we return to the area.

House was very nice! Pool was clean and warm, and was fantastic after a long day at Disney. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us plus we could have had more. Overall it was a really great experience.

The directions on the VRBO website were not accurate as far as distances to the parks and the property address was not the address to the actual house. Maybe it was the office address, but it said property address. I didn't receive the email that had all the details including the house code, so we went to the address on my confirmation. I sent a message that night asking for the house code on the way to the property but didn't receive a reply. So, we had no code to get in the house. I finally got a house code the next day!!! The furniture and rug were very stained in the living room but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient.

The house was incredible , the pool and hot tub was a warm and cool sensation , the bedrooms were as the pictures showed. Extremely comfortable and charming for the kids. The game room was an extra touch and very nice for family entertainment. The kids enjoyed the house and pool as much as Disney World.

A Lovely Disney Vacation Home

Our family of four absolutely loved the home. Great location close to the parks, terrific pool, excellent comfortable bedrooms and movie room. VERY minor quibbles: coffee maker required gymnastics to get working, the entrance and exit to the property was supposed to offer up a qr code for easy access-that never happened. There was an odd lack of privacy on one side of the pool yard.

Just ok

Overall, the house was okay, but there were several disappointments. The current photos in the listing do not accurately reflect the home's actual condition. The carpets were very dirty, and the walls were noticeably scuffed and in need of new paint—overall, the interior could use a lot of TLC. On a positive note, the backyard was nice, and the pool was in good condition; the heater worked great, which we appreciated.However, we were disappointed by the lack of basic supplies. For a five-night stay, items like trash bags, paper towels, and cleaning supplies were provided in very minimal amounts, and we had to purchase additional ones ourselves.Also, the description of the property does not disclose that you do not have access to the on-site waterpark. This important detail was only shared in an email three days before our arrival, which felt misleading.It's not a terrible place, but it definitely needs better maintenance, more transparency, and a more accurate listing.

La peor experiencia que tuve. Cambiaron mi correo no podía entrar a mi reserva hablé con el host días antes y todo estaba ok. Un día antes de mi estancia me cambiaron la casa alegando mantenimiento en el aire acondicionado. Nos mandaron a otro resort a 15 min de Disney. La casa NO estaba en las condiciones que nosotros rentamos nos dieron una bonificación por la renta del carro que no fue nada a lo que nos costó a nosotros por el cambio que nos hicieron. La casa estaba sucia, cosas rotas, luces sin funcionar, nos cobraron la calefacción de la alberca, nos dijeron que había cuarto de cine y nunca lo encontramos, tengo todo documentado, una pesadilla tratar con ellos.

Not clear communications

Liked the location and house. Could easily have been excellent overall with just a little attention to detail. List of things to expect at the house was incomplete/incorrect causing me multiple trips to the local store. Also, they had two board games and dominos with so many missing pieces they were unplayable. Also had coloring pencils with no points on them Making them unusable. A chalk board for the kids with no chalk. Sounds small but could have been so much better if someone paid attention to the details. The kids were disappointed with almost having something to play with and then finding that they didn’t.

Disney World Vacation

The property was well maintained, however main floor bathroom sink was slow to drain. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. In hindsight, we could have used a BBQ grill on site. The location was further from Disney World than we thought, although a shuttle was available 24 hours notice was required. We enjoyed the spacious house, the kids enjoyed the games room and we had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We had a great week!

Wonderful home for family vacation

The home was clean and had plenty of space for 9 of us. We enjoyed the pool and neighborhood. The location is about a 15-20 minute drive to Disney parks, and about 10 minutes to shopping/restaurants.

Fast, Packed Getaway

A group of 11 (6 adults, 2 under 10, 3 under 3) stayed for a 5 day weekend and the house was great. The proximity to Disney World and other parts of Orlando made it easy to get around and the heated pool and hot tub were one of the major highlights for everyone. Despite there being a million things to do and see, one of the best parts was hanging out by the pool and visiting. There was space for all of us, without us being on top of each other or even having to share bathrooms. It was a great trip and the house just made it easy.

A magical stay!

We did a pre-holiday trip to Disney - two families, two groups of three. There was ample space for us in this gorgeous home, and the kids loved the themed rooms, bunk beds and game room. The space was impeccable and had all of the features / benefits promoted in perfect working condition. It’s a truly beautiful house that gives you the best of home and vacation. Finally, the pre-visit communication was consistent and transparent - they were always available to answer questions. When the entry code for the house didn’t work at check-in, I called the provided number and they updated the code live and we were able to enter within a minute. We can’t wait for our next trip to Disney because we know we have a beautiful and reliable space down there! Thanks to the team for helping us have an unforgettable trip.

Not far from Disney. Not right next to Epcot as description location lead us to believe. Nice house & owner very helpful. Property Management was OK. We took shuttle 1 day and decided to Uber the other days so we didn't have to wait. I'd stay here again.

Amazing property. Great location.

We had a great stay but the property did not have any soaps, hand soap, bathroom soap garbage bags, as it said in listing. I called 4 times and communicated with check in office. Finally just went and bought my own. A little frustrated but the property was just perfect! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful home! Very clean and updated. Max of 20 minutes from all the Disney parks. Our kids are all adults, but the association water park and pool are amazing. I will rent this home again.
