House was very accommodating and neighborhood was very nice. Our only complaint is the property owner needs to replace the carpet or change it out for some type of hard surface. The carpet has gross stains all over it.

The property was just as advertised! It’s in a secure, beautiful community close to the parks. It’s spacious enough for large families. We loved the pool and water park. Host was very responsive to all questions.

Worked well for family vacation

Convenient for park access. Great amenities. Getting a bit worn, however. Whirlpool didn’t warm up for most of the days. For the most part, host and resort were very responsive.

Our host was responsive when I messaged them. However, I was disappointed in a few things:1. There weren't any putters for the mini golf2. There was only 1 wine glass in the whole house3. There wasn't enough silverware for the number of people the house accomodates4. The trashcan was broken and honestly it was a hazard5. There wasn't a grill6. There was no tupperware7. I paid 200 for the pool to be heated and it only worked sometimes. We had to message the host almost every day to have someone come out and fix the pool/hot tub heat.Overall, it was a nice house but someone needs to come in and replace the basic necessities.

Great House for a larger family

We had 17 people, 10 adults and 7 children ages 8 months to 7 years. House was perfect for all the kids to play and still get naps. We visited all four Disney Parks and it was a breeze (traffic as expected for Disney). Pool was a hit for all. Movie room great for the kids to all watch a movie. Definitely book this house. If you need vehicles use TURO and search for Chad R. We weee able to get 3 vehicles with car seats for the trip.

A Great Place, but needs some TLC

We appreciated our stay and found the location to be ideal for our family. The accommodations were quite clean, including the bedding and bathrooms. However, we noticed that the property could benefit from some maintenance. Several items, particularly in the yard, were broken—specifically the umbrella, fireplace, and grill—which should be replaced. Additionally, the indoor garbage can posed a safety concern. We would certainly consider returning to the property, provided these issues are addressed. We especially enjoyed the pool.

Perfect Home Base for Our Disney Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our recent trip to Disney! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. After long days at the parks, it was so nice to come back to a quiet, comfortable place to relax. The themed rooms definitely added positive vibes to the experience and the resort amenities were amazing for the little ones, especially the water park!The location was perfect—close enough to all the action without feeling like you are directly in the middle of all the action. Relatively short drive to all the Disney parks, restaurants, shopping etc. The neighborhood felt safe and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.Would love to see some ceiling fans installed in the bedrooms to assist with airflow for more comfortable sleeping but overall wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again for our next Disney trip. Highly recommended!

Amazing Disney get away for large group!

This large house was awesome, esp for big group. It was new and glamorous. Right bed/bath ratio. Gave private space for each family. Outside 1/2 bath was sooo great to have by pool. Plenty of space to not be crowded. Jeeves super responsive to any questions or requests. This location was super close to everything. And security made you feel protected in home away from home.

The house/pool/hot tub was awesome!

All of the staff we dealt with were very nice. We were a group of women that were in Orlando for the Dopey Challenge. The only downside was our washer didn’t work. It took two days for them to bring another one after numerous phone calls. We had to waste a half day going to the laundromat

Great Rental!

We had 6 adults and 7 kids and there was more than enough room for all of us. We did run until a few minor snags with a grill not being delivered on time and the pool heat shutting off halfway through the week but they were quickly fixed. The house is very large and is definitely a rental (it somehow has 4 toasters and no blender). It could use some small patchwork on the stairs and in other spots arround the house but this didn't detract from the overall house and resort. The resort is awesome and has a decent restaurant and bar, as well as fun slides and pool. The neighborhood is quite new and the grounds are well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Property

Our stay was pleasant. We had one minor issue and it was corrected the next day with the putting green at the place. The fire pit was not operational, and when i checked on that, i was told it would cost $10 per day more. This was not disclosed during my sign up process. Overall, the home was excellent, the community was nice, and we will look to utilize this property in the future when we return to Disneyworld.
