We love to get creative and help maximize your time in Indianapolis, the city that we love and call home! If you'd like to bring a pet a $75 pet fee will be added to the reservation request.

Excellent location, clean, and nicely furnished.

Loved the location of this property- close to restaurants and downtown, short drive to the airport, and walking distance to a couple cute spots. Hot tub in the back was a hit, and plenty of space for our team. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect NYEve getaway

Loved our stay here to celebrate New Year’s 2025 with friends. Home is beautiful, clean, and styled to perfection. In fact, I’d love to have Jesse and Susannah decorate my own house! Hot tub perfection too.

Wonderful weeknight getaway!

We came to town for a rescheduled show at the Hi-Fi and stayed at this property for a couple of nights. So glad we did, beautiful property with everything you could ask for. Loved the cleanliness and thoughtfulness of the home. Will definitely stay again.

Great Place to stay. The location makes it easy to get around Indianapolis. We were able to cook meals which saved money for my students. Love the garage and hot tub.

Amazing house!

We spent a couple days in Indianapolis and I am so glad we stayed at this house. It had everything we needed. Super clean, stylish, and close to everything in the city. My family and I felt very comfortable staying here and would definitely stay again. I would very much recommend!

Beautiful space!!

Though I only stayed one night for work, it was a beautiful space!! The host was great to work with, and everything was as pictured. It was clean and comfortable, and I would recommend it to anyone coming to Indy for a quick trip or a more extended visit.

Great location, very clean and comfortable

We stayed with a group of 10 (adults and teens) and our dog. I enjoyed morning runs along the riverwalk with our dog. The hot tub was clean and worked well. We went to a Pacers game and were able to get a Lyft for around 7 to get down to the game so we didn’t have to park. Beautiful home in a great location to see the city.

Couples night out in Indy

This house is perfect for a group of adults looking to go out in Indianapolis for a weekend. It's brand new, clean and well decorated. The hot tub is great, and it's just a short Uber to all the bars and restaurants downtown. Jesse was great to work with for the booking and communicated everything very well. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was just what we needed. A respite after full days of activity at the Children’s Museum. Immaculate, well appointed, clear directions. We had a lovely stay and should our travels go back to Indy, we would gladly repeat the experience. Thank you !

Beautiful home, great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. House looks exactly as listed and garage was a nice plus! Beds/bedding were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked (they even left a fully stocked coffee bar!) Jesse communicated with us throughout our stay which was very appreciated! The only thing i would recommend is a roof over the hot tub area. Would definitely recommend this property!

Very clean and easy check in process!

This house is very clean and modern inside and had all of the amenities you could want (coffee, laundry, etc.). There’s lots of room and also a nice bigger porch with an outdoor eating table and hot tub. The host communicated very well, and gave really good directions on the check-in and checkout process. We would return again!

Great for families!

We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids (ranging from infant to 4) and it was the perfect place! The toy and game chest was excellent, and really appreciated the booster seat and pack & play! Really good location - quiet in the evenings but a very short drive to the zoo and children's museum. Great communication from the host, but we didn't need much- it was all ready to go! Would absolutely stay again when back in Indianapolis!!

Celebration with Family

Enjoyed our stay. The house met all our needs to celebrate an 80th birthday and a college graduation. We especially loved the outdoor space. No difficulties with adequate parking. Jesse checked in with us after the first night which was great! The house is on a busy street and can hear street noise in the downstairs bedroom so keep that in mind when deciding who should sleep where. Upstairs bedrooms were quiet. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Great weekend!

My group stayed two nights to celebrate a bachelorette party! The property was very much like the pictures that were displayed online. It was very nice to have two parking spots available in the garage. We enjoyed using the patio out back to eat breakfast and hang out in the morning. The location was great and close to many locations downtown. It was a great weekend and overall experience!

Taylor swift/birthday weekend

We had a magical weekend at this property. My sister, my best friend, my son and daughter-in-law, my toddler grandson, and my infant granddaughter all had a wonderful time! They thought of everything at this property. And we enjoyed it immensely. Everything from the coffee to the linens and towels Was perfect. And the location was great for getting downtown and also spending time with my niece at Butler University. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

We love the Central houses because they are close to downtown but also convenient to get to many different areas of the city. Both houses were built in a modern, contemporary style and we love the outdoor space with the hot tub and firepit!
