We loved the property and location. We took very good care of the facilities. Our problems: We had 6 adults and 2 teens, and only 3 keys, which complicates a weeklong stay when you need the key for entry into every pool gate, beach gate and to work the elevators. Host said it was due to others losing them. Probably should just charge guests for losing them⊠instead of punishing the next group. No handles on the newly installed fridge. We worked around that and werenât going to complain. However⊠After we left the condo, having cleaned and done laundry and dishes, we were accused of breaking blinds which were perfectly functional when we left the condo at 7:45am, even texting her goodbye as we left. We had nothing to hide. Vrbo is helping us dispute this accusation and we hope to get our $1000 returned to our credit card. It was charged without our knowledge. But we warn all renters about this host, who will not believe that we left the blinds in working order and had no problems with them while we were there. Someone is lying about the blinds, but we arenât sure who it is. Please be warned. Beautiful condo that we really enjoyed, but host is aggressive. It has tainted our happy memories of the space because of the hostâs attitude. Vrbo is working on the issue to protect us as their customer.
