Silver Shells est la station numéro un de Destin et St. Maarten est le bâtiment le plus recherché! Ce condominium sans fumée dispose d'un ascenseur semi-privé qui s'ouvre directement dans l'unité.

L'unité a une belle vue sur le golfe du 10e étage.

Il vient d'être entièrement redécoré avec de beaux comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et il y a de quoi manger pour 10 et dormir pour 10!

Il y a deux chambres face au golfe qui offrent les meilleures vues sur la plage pendant la journée et les étoiles la nuit. Ces deux chambres ont des lits king et une salle de bain privée.

La troisième chambre peut accueillir 6 personnes avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés qui comprennent une reine au fond et un lit gigogne.

Ce condo est parfait pour deux couples et une chambre pour les enfants. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de télévisions à écran plat. La tanière a un tout nouveau téléviseur 60 "et un système Sonos haut de gamme pour votre plaisir de visionnement et d'écoute lorsque vous ne profitez pas de la plage. La salle de bain principale est très grande avec un jacuzzi et une douche surdimensionnée. Il y a aussi un grand dressing où un bébé peut dormir paisiblement pendant des heures. Il y a un pack-and-play fourni pour votre commodité.

Il est situé au dixième étage et offre une vue imprenable sur la plage de sable blanc et l'océan. C'est l'une des unités les plus proches de la plage. Vous adorerez prendre votre café du matin sur le grand balcon.

Il y a un centre de fitness ultramoderne et un magnifique spa sur la propriété. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse est sur place et livrera même. La nourriture est excellente!

La plage a un bar et un grill afin que vous puissiez commander des boissons et déjeuner sans quitter vos chaises.

Vous êtes à distance de marche de nombreux excellents restaurants.

À quelques minutes de grands magasins à Destin Commons et Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Près de nombreux terrains de golf et à quelques pâtés de maisons du parc aquatique «The Big Kahuna».

Il y a des activités quotidiennes pour les enfants. Deux piscines dont une piscine lagon avec cascade et piscine intérieure / extérieure chauffée. Il y a aussi une grande piscine pour enfants.

Des courts de tennis et de basket sont également disponibles sans frais supplémentaires.

Gorgeous Views in a Gorgeous Building!

We absolutely loved our stay in Michelle's 3 bedroom condo! The floor plan is perfect for 2 families with children. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to make cocktails, breakfast or a Thanksgiving dinner. The furniture is very nice and the balcony is like having a bonus living area. I will chose this unit over and over, it's a winner!

Amazing view and great amenities in a beautiful place to stay

This condo worked perfect for our family vacation. The condo itself is very nice and had plenty of room for our family of 5 (three young kids) and my parents too. Very easy access to the pool and the beach and the playground for the kids. The elevators opening up directly to the condo was a nice feature too. Only thing that was difficult was finding the right service elevator when we first arrived to get to the condo. After that, was smooth sailing and we loved our stay. Would definitely look here again if we go back to Destin!

Stunning views and unit, but amenities need upgrades.

The propriety was lovely with a great bunk room for kids, but I was disappointed with the communication with owner and the lack of usual amenities. There were not enough bath towels for 3 bathrooms and few hand towels or washcloths. The kitchen had 1 dish towel and 1 dishrag. There was no coffee provided, which I have found in other VRBOs, and no soap or shower gel for the showers nor shampoo in every bathroom. Some lights were burned out. A little more effort would make this property a real winner.

Great Stay!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo & enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Owners are easy to communicate with. They let us know of some building maintenance that was going to be done, with the water being shut off for 5 hours, well in advance. So, we were able to plan something away from the condo that day. Also, had to have a shade installed in one of the bedrooms, which was coordinated well & took no time at all. Condo was roomy enough for 10 of us. Decor & furniture are all beautiful & well taken care of and the view is perfect! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Vrbo has asked us to leave our review about this host after we were falsely accused of damages.

We loved the property and location. We took very good care of the facilities. Our problems: We had 6 adults and 2 teens, and only 3 keys, which complicates a weeklong stay when you need the key for entry into every pool gate, beach gate and to work the elevators. Host said it was due to others losing them. Probably should just charge guests for losing them… instead of punishing the next group. No handles on the newly installed fridge. We worked around that and weren’t going to complain. However… After we left the condo, having cleaned and done laundry and dishes, we were accused of breaking blinds which were perfectly functional when we left the condo at 7:45am, even texting her goodbye as we left. We had nothing to hide. Vrbo is helping us dispute this accusation and we hope to get our $1000 returned to our credit card. It was charged without our knowledge. But we warn all renters about this host, who will not believe that we left the blinds in working order and had no problems with them while we were there. Someone is lying about the blinds, but we aren’t sure who it is. Please be warned. Beautiful condo that we really enjoyed, but host is aggressive. It has tainted our happy memories of the space because of the host’s attitude. Vrbo is working on the issue to protect us as their customer.

I am the owner of the condo and I was the last person there before the guests arrived. I was also the first one there after they left besides the cleaning service. My housekeeper noticed one of the Hunter Douglas remote controlled blinds was on the floor and she sent me a picture. I arrived a few hours later and called the blind company I used to install them. They pointed out that the blinds were ripped and looked as if it was tugged on and pulled off the wall. Because it was torn, it would need to be replaced. Now all the other guests don’t have blinds in that room and a temporary black out shade had to be installed which looks awful until the replacement arrives. This is very costly and a major inconvenience. The guests also unplugged the hdmi cables connected to the TV, unplugged the Google home and I could not figure out why TV would not work. I had to get help from a technician to reprogram everything back like it was. When I asked the guests why they did that she claimed that they didn’t want to accidentally charge movies to my Amazon prime account. However, that is not possible since you would have to type in a password to rent anything. I am sorry that this happened as much as she is. I have no other explanation for the damage since my family was only ones there before and after these guests.

Had a great week at this condo and would definitely go back. The beds were very comfy and the bunk bed room has been updated. They have built in bunk beds with bigger beds, It was a nice surprise. The only negative, (which is not specific to this unit) the gas grills shared by all guests are junk. There are 4 total and I only found 1 burner (out of 8) that worked. Silver Shells should replace all of them ASAP. The place was clean, comfy, and beautiful. It won’t disappoint.

Fall break

We’ve stayed at Silver Shells for years and always had a great experience until this trip…starting at check in we were not given the right code so had to wait 20 minutes for Tom to get ahold of his wife. When we walked into the unit I noticed it was decorated so cute and beachy but I felt like I was on the beach as the floor had sand all over it in kitchen, master bath and master bedroom closet. I also found a safety pin and trash on floor of closet so I don’t think it had been swept at all. Kitchen floor also had a grimey feel to it the whole trip. Handle on one of the bedrooms was broke and as was mentioned in another review outside doors don’t lock from the inside or have dead bolts. I texted again and never received a reply. The next day I contacted owner to ask for another key card and was told he didn’t have anyone to bring us one and he’d have it to us the next day and he’d get back with me. Had to reach out again to be told someone would leave one in our unit which I thought was odd they’d let someone in our unit when we weren’t there. Never once were we told they were sorry for any of these inconveniences. It was more like if they ignored us we’d go away…I rarely reach out to owners but we’ve never had issues like this. I hate to give a negative review but when you pay a premium price you expect a premium stay. As far as the property it’s a beautiful resort and we’ll be back, just won’t stay in this unit.

5 Days of Beautiful Gulf Waters At Silver Shells

We had the most fabulous experience staying at this beautiful condo. Our Hosts were so gracious helping us get into the condo when we first arrived. The 2 masters and bunk room was perfect. The art work in this condo is exceptional. Perfectly located in Destin, Fl. There is something cool about having the beautiful ocean and a fantastic big pool right out your front door. The whole complex is fabulous. The ocean water temperature was so warm. It was great. The town of Destin offers so many fun things to do fot the young and the old. And the eating venues are really good also. We can't wait to return to our new favorite spot to rest, relax, and chill.

View amazing. Layout of the condo, excellent. Area, awesome! So accessible to parking, food, beach. Restaurants nearby. Shopping nearby. The beach- beautiful. Things that brought the rating down…The mattress in the second bedroom is toast. Needs replaced. The condo could have been a bit cleaner- needs detailing (fingerprints on windows, sand on floor, doorways, handles dirty.). Beach towels would be a great addition also. Overall though, a great place to stay, and will return to this area again!

Some minor issues

Did not like the idea that front door and patio doors did not lock! Did not like the fact that the 3rd bedroom had an outside access door! We did not feel safe leaving a baby in that room. We got 3 keys for 4 adults and when I called the female owner to discuss these issues, she was rude, inappropriate and used foul language and ignored our concerns. The male owner was helpful and pleasant and addressed some of of our concerns.

Perfect getaway

We spent a wonderfully relaxing week here! It's a beautiful unit - everything is up to date. Loved the decor, kitchen, baths, etc. The views are amazing! The balcony was bigger than pictured. My favorite part was coffee on the balcony every morning. The pool is huge at this resort. Even on crowded days, it never felt "crowded". No complaints whatsoever - everything was perfect! Thank you! We'd love to come back!

Amazing Condo Directly On The Ocean

Tom & Michelle's condo is just beautiful. The decor is very modern and beachy. Their amenities are fantastic. The towels provided were top quality, linens superb, plates/cups/glasses/silverware all great quality. There is NOTHING you need to bring cooking wise. They have a spice cabinet with anything you'd ever need (including salt & pepper). Tons of plates, pots, pans, baking dishes, measuring cups, spatulas, tons, whisks, wine glasses, coffee cups, coffee filters, sugar/stevia, more. There are great quality candles in the living room and kitchen, good quality liquid soap in the bathrooms. All things I'd have in my own home which made this feel so relaxing and comfortable. You cannot beat the location of the condo. A WalMart is directly across the street. The ocean was beautiful. You can rent beach chairs and umbrella's each morning starting at 9am (you cannot pre-book, it's day of first come first serve only for $50 for 2 chairs and an umbrella). There is a beach bar/grill right on the beach as well. The lobby of The St. Maarten is absolutely beautifully decorated & clean. We would absolutely stay here again. Beautiful roomy condo & beautiful view of the ocean. The pictures really don't do it justice. Perfect location, in the middle of everything, but didn't seem too crowded. Wish we had more than 1 day of sun, but can't control the weather. We had fun regardless. Husband & son went crabbing three nights in a row & had a blast. The heated pool was a Godsend when it got too cold to swim in the ocean. Owners were very quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo!

This is a beautiful condo with amazing views of the beach and in a great location! The condo had plenty of space for our family of seven, especially with the two king rooms and bunk room. The property was well maintained and very secure. It was nice to have the semiprivate elevator that opened directly into the unit. We will definitely stay again when we return to Destin!

We are a family of 7 and purchased this place to get away with all our kids and it has been our second home. It is our favorite place on earth and think it will be yours too. My best memories have been made there with my family.

Excellent location with lots of amenities and our unit is very well appointed and taken care of because we have lived there some of the time. My family stays there quite a bit and we like to keep it very nice.

10th floor view is awesome. Particularly if you are early bird and like to watch the sunrise. We have awesome views of the sunrise on the balcony and from the Master Bedroom.
