76 Baseball Apartment - DOWNTOWN COOPERSTOWN - Convenient location to all that the Village of Cooperstown has to offer. A short walk to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Main Street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Walk to town, grab some sandwiches and enjoy them at lakefront park overlooking the crystal clear waters of Otsego Lake. The grocery store is also very convenient, walkable, or just a short drive.

This apartment is part of a large historic Victorian home in the Cooperstown Village, a nod to times of the past with modern updates. Updated in Spring 2021, freshly painted, new appliances, and new furnishings. This cute village apartment is a great way to enjoy Cooperstown NY with convenience and ease.

Located on the first floor with a beautiful private front porch perfect for enjoying the morning sun. Inside this cozy space, there is an efficient kitchen with laundry, as well as a comfortable living room. Beautiful original woodwork, hardwood floors, and large windows showcase craftsmanship from long ago. A true Cooperstown Classic.

Enjoy the large open yard and barbecue grill as you unwind after a long day of exploring the area. There is off-street parking for one car.

76 Baseball Apartment is the perfect location for visiting Cooperstown! It was a very easy, quick walk to restaurants, shopping and the Hall of Fame. Having a dedicated parking space at the apartment was also convenient. The apartment was clean and better than the pictures! The front porch was a great place to spend time, too. We loved our stay at Pete’s place and would highly recommend it to others!!

Perfect for small baseball loving families

Really cool baseball themed space that is great for smaller families that travel a little light like we do. The location is excellent, being just minutes from everything. If this is available, book it! Also, the pizza place across the street is amazing. Great pizza and huge subs!

Great place, walking distance from downtown

Cute little place with comfy bed & pullout. Great baseball themes with just about everything you'd need for a trip to the Hall of Fame. Pete was very accommodating, and the location can't be beat! We were able to walk to downtown whenever we wanted.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay

I can’t say enough how good of a value this property was. Whether you’re staying for one night or seven they have everything you need to enjoy your stay. On top of the property itself is the location. Just a short walk to Main St or short drive to all of the local attractions Cooperstown has to offer.

Perfect location!

Such a cute and quaint apartment with ALL the amenities! My son and I stayed during his brother’s tournament, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The owner was extremely nice! It’s the perfect location - with an easy walk into town and a quick drive to Dreams Park.

Great Cooperstown Stay!

Stayed six nights in this great Cooperstown baseball apartment in May of 2023. Super nice owners offered anything we might need, but we needed nothing. Nice walk to downtown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Highly recommend!

Great apartment

Location, location, location!

This place was perfect for me and my daughter to stay while my husband and son stayed at Dreams Park. It was a quick, easy ride to the ballpark and beautiful, short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and Hall of Fame located on the Main Street. We loved sitting on the front porch and the “main character” vibes the house and town gave off! Owners were super friendly and everything we needed was provided!

Perfect stay for Cooperstown Dreams Park!

I stayed in 76 Baseball with my 17 year old son, and it was perfect for commuting to watch his brother play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The drive is <5 miles, and super quick with zero traffic. The apartment is walking distance to the Hall of Fame and lake, as well as the shops and restaurants of Cooperstown. My husband was staying in the barracks with my other son, so I wanted somewhere that was not secluded, and this perfectly fit the bill! Peter was a fabulous host, and communicated very well. Apartment was very clean, and was appointed with all that was needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Cooperstown as a single traveler, couple, or couple with one child. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
