Ocean View Home - Pet Friendly

Our property is unique. The upstairs and downstairs are accessed separately.

The upstairs is a three bedroom, two bath with an open floor plan. The Master Bedroom upstairs has a king bed and a full bath. The two guest rooms upstairs both have Queen size beds. Six adults can sleep comfortably upstairs. There are lots of windows for enjoying the amazing ocean view. You can enjoy the sunrise sitting outside on the deck or inside from the dining table or two comfy recliner chairs in the living room. Please note, you can see the sunrise from the house September to mid-June. Mid-June, July and August the sunrise can be seen by taking a two minute walk down to the beach.

The downstairs has two bedrooms. One has a queen bed, the other has two queen beds. Six adults can sleep comfortably downstairs.

There is a kitchen, dining table and living room both upstairs and downstairs.

The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room, which is accessible right outside of the downstairs front door.

Enjoy a BBQ on the deck, see amazing sunrises and walk on the white sand beach which is just a two minute walk from the house.

Pets are welcome. Please clean up after them. Leashes are required off and on the beach unless they are actively playing in the ocean.

The place is a little dated, but the location is incredible. You are pretty much right on the beach. We spent lots of time on the balcony, and we walked to the beach every day. I would stay there again. Also, the host was great. They made sure we were happy and comfortable.

Walk to the beach and unobstructed view of the ocean

Beautiful stay! We had the upstairs and downstairs with 2 kitchens, perfect for the grandparents. Beautiful views from our deck and short walk to the beach access. Hostess Tina is quick to answer any questions. We’ll love to come back

Family Get Together

Great location and easy access to the beach. Went to concert only minutes down the road at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Owner very helpful and place was great for our blind dog and younger kids. Wake up and have coffee watching the sunrise! Looking forward to next year.

Perfect beach getaway

This was the perfect place to stay for our sibling reunion. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to many food options. The view from the living room was unbeatable. And within minutes we could be out on the beach. This is a pet friendly place so don't expect to not see some dog hairs occasionally. But overall, it was clean, quiet and lovely stay!

Great beach access and ocean views

We are returning guests. This house is great to accommodate multiple generations. My parents slept in the two bedroom apartment downstairs. My husband and I and the grandkids slept upstairs. We have two kitchens, which gives us great flexibility. Excellent location and excellent hosts. We shall return.

Big place, right place.

If you are looking for a large place to gather, this is it. It was perfect for a family reunion that slept 12 people . We had local family join us for meals. Nice views and just a minute walk to the sand. There are some updates to be done to modernize the place. However, if you need the basics in a nice beach town with sand access in a short stroll.. this is the place!

Christmas 2022

We so enjoyed staying at this house with the wonderful views of the beach and ocean. With the 2 kitchens we were able to prepare a full Christmas dinner for 12. It truly made this a special holiday for our family. Tina and Mike were very responsive with any questions. They even left us water and a couple bottles of wine. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent Proximity to Butler Beach

The location truly is as close to the beach as it looks. From property to sand in your feet, it’s a quick 3-5 minute walk down the public boardwalk. The beach here has beautiful sand and is not overly crowded. The house has plenty of parking and pretty comfortable beds. The pictures accurately depict the furnishings, which is a hodge-podge of random pieces. The wear is obvious, though, throughout. The dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes, so that’s led to a kitchen full of half clean dishes. The grill and most of the beach loungers are half broken, and the laundry room is dirty and cluttered. The a/c doesn’t cool the lower level better than 79 no matter how low you put the thermostat. On the bright side, the owners were quickly responsive to questions and a couple small requests we made.

It was perfect!

We enjoyed a wonderful thanksgiving here! The location was great; right next to the beach! The owners were so nice and accommodating. For our family of 10 it worked out perfectly!

Perfect house for our family reunion

The location and distance to the beach was great! The house was amazing for our family. We enjoyed the deck and upper sunning deck with awesome views. We didn’t lack for anything . Thank you Tina and Mike for everything!!
