Maison fantastique au bord de la plage! Cette maison est située sur le cÎté est de A1A, donc à trois minutes à pied de la plage sans avoir à traverser des routes principales ou la circulation. Il a une cour arriÚre entiÚrement clÎturée avec un porche couvert.
Cette maison bien entretenue comprend cinq chambres, deux salles de bain complĂštes et une demi-baignoire. Le plan d'Ă©tage ouvert dispose de hauts plafonds et un grand flux de la cuisine dans la grande salle et dans la salle Ă  manger. Le salon a une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision avec service de cĂąble et WiFi. La suite principale comprend un grand placard, une grande salle de bain, une tĂ©lĂ©vision et un magnifique porche couvert orientĂ© Ă  l’est.

Le premier vendredi de chaque mois propose une promenade artistique, oĂč certaines galeries servent mĂȘme des rafraĂźchissements et restent ouvertes le soir. En vous promenant dans les rues pavĂ©es, vous avez l'occasion d'explorer l'histoire tout autour de vous, en entendant souvent les cloches des Ă©glises. Very nice house. But pool lights didn't work and pool was dirty with leaves. Bedroom windows was so dirty you couldn't hardly see outside. Other than that house was well appointed with everything you would need.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The location to the beach is amazing. You can walk or it’s a short drive which you can park closer to the beach. There is a walk over bridge access. This may be difficult for seniors. The beach had a private feel. The pool was nice, but pool and backyard are smaller than the pics made it seem. The house is spacious as advertised. The kitchen and bathroom are not well stocked. No access to beach or pool items or access to garage. Plan accordingly. The beds are uncomfortable. My mom and aunt did not stay the second night because of the beds. New mattresses are needed. The most distressing matter was the AC. The property manager was there when I arrived and informed me that the downstairs AC was not working. As a solution they added a window unit downstairs and in the upstairs master. The beach towels in the property were used to stuff the areas around the window unit. The window units appeared to be mounted leaving me believe this was not an isolated event. Not sure why the property manager did not call me to tell me before I arrived. I could’ve brought fans. It was hot! The air handler on the second floor did not appear maintained. It was gross, dusty and moldy. Some investment into the property would go a long way, but great overall location.

The property really needs a good deep clean. The baseboards and decor were dusty. There were cobwebs in the corners. Pillows were very flat. Beds very comfortable. No ceiling fans in downstairs bedrooms. They only give you a few rolls of toilet paper and then you have to supply your own. Very nice neighborhood and drive way was good for parking 3 large trucks.

The house is beautiful and clean. The pool is fantastic and very well maintained. The beach is nearby with easy access. Communication with the owners was excellent!! They were available for questions and prompt with responses. We definitely want to come back in the future.

We enjoyed our stay! The beach is a few short blocks and the fenced in backyard and pool were great for our family. The grill was nice for when we wanted to eat in (bring your own grill tools) and there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The management was communicative and easy to work with. Would book again!

Amazing place

I would absolutely recommend this place! So spacious, everything in working order and GREAT communication with the owners. Loved the pool and hot tub. Beach, shopping and restaurants all close by. One of the best vacations ever!

Great house!

This house was perfect for our annual beach trip to Butler Beach. It was a short walk where the teenagers could walk to and from the beach while we stayed out. It was clean. The beds were so comfortable. I loved the open area with the kitchen and living room. The pool door had extra locks, which was a huge plus for us with a special needs kiddo. Thank you for a great week!

Family Vacay

Had the whole family drive down to St.Augustine for a week and stayed in Villa Elena! The house was clean and close enough to the beach that we walked there every day! Took a quick drive (under 20 min) to the historic city of St.Augustine for a day trip as well. The owners were very responsive anytime we messaged them. The only issue we had that we worked through, was that the bathrooms with the showers are on the second floor even though there are 2 bedrooms downstairs, just something to consider when you assign rooms! The pool and hot tub were amazing and St.Augustine is a wonderful place to visit.

Great home for family

We had eight people stay very comfortably. Liked the house layout, especially with the pool right off the familyroom/kitchen/table area. Close walk to the beach which was beautiful and not terribly crowded at all. Would recommend!

Florida Getaway

Overall, our 5-night stay went well - I give this a rating of three out of five stars due to several factors. Let me start by saying the communication with the property manager was fantastic. David and Patti were very responsive and helpful in any way they could be. As for the cleanliness of the property, it was “pretty” clean - however we did notice there was quite a bit of dust and dirt buildup on the top of the columns and it looks like somebody had walked on top of it in the dirt. We also noticed there was a dirty tissue in the master bedroom on the floor, where the curtains are at - that looked to have blood on it.As for the location, it was a great location with a quiet neighborhood that was only a short 10 minute walk from the beach. It is located right off of A1A and is relatively close to restaurants and supermarkets.The check-in process was smooth and there were no issues.The pool was smaller than what it looked in the pictures and the house didn’t seem to be in the same condition that it was listed as in the pictures. While still a very nice house, it was just not as accurate as the pictures depicted. The mentioned charcoal grill was pretty outdated, and there was rust on it. One of the worst parts about this stay, undoubtedly were the beds. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable and made our whole experience much worse. My grandmother, 63 years old, ended up sleeping on the pullout bed in the living room because her bed was so uncomfortable in her room.

Destination Wedding Blast

This house was a perfect landing spot for our 8 family members to relax and connect/reconnect during a fabulous weekend destination wedding for a beloved niece.The hosts were helpful, communicative and accurate in all descriptions and functions of the house. An all-around perfect stay.Thank you.

Family Stay

The property was okay. The beach was nice and a short walk. It was nice to be able to bring pets, as ours love the beach. Parts of the house were updated and that is what was seen in the pictures- pool, kitchen, bathroom vanities. The guest bathroom shower was bad (mold, different color tiles, hair on window shelf). The bathrooms badly need an update. The beds are very hard, I slept on the couch. The pool area is nice. The owners communicate well but we had the pool light on the first night and it went off on timer but someone text my daughter at 10:30, who was already in bed, to tell her the pool light was still on. I would say the stay was okay but I would not stay again. The cost outweighed the experience.on the fiuch

Family vacation for spring break

We liked everything about this place, except it is not right on the beach that we hoped for. It is about 2 blocks away and 4-5 mins. walk to the beach. Beach is top quality and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Historic St Augustine downtown is about 10 mins drive. Close to nice restaurants and excellent coffee shops.
