Salt Therapy - Elevated house w/ beach access

You're booking both Salt Therapy North and South - two side-by-side homes in North Vilano Beach that together sleep up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. Each house offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, giving large groups room to spread out without sacrificing togetherness.

Living space
Three levels of thoughtfully arranged living space connect via a private elevator, so every guest - regardless of mobility - can move freely between floors. Ceiling fans, central A/C, a dedicated workspace, and a washer and dryer keep everyday comforts well covered throughout both homes.

Saltwater pool & outdoor living
Step outside to your private saltwater pool, open year-round. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Fire up the BBQ grill on the covered patio and wind down with ocean views as the backdrop.

Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and dishware you need. A dining table seats the whole group, with coastal views framing every meal.

Beach & water access
Direct beach access puts the Atlantic just steps away - pack up with the included beach towels and chairs and head straight to the sand. Ocean and pool views greet you from multiple vantage points. Boat and jet ski parking is available on-site, making this a natural base for water enthusiasts.

Parking & connectivity
Three driveway spaces plus a boat garage handle vehicles and watercraft with ease. High-speed Wi-Fi and a 50" Roku HDTV keep everyone connected and entertained indoors.

Location
North Vilano Beach places you minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and boutiques, with the historic streets of downtown St. Augustine - the Nation's Oldest City - just a short drive away.

Please note: Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees. We are a Local Host Company. Carbon monoxide detector is not on-site; smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are provided.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog. Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
