Vues fascinantes, emplacement exceptionnel, directement sur l'ocĂ©an Atlantique, si prĂšs de l'ocĂ©an que vous pouvez pratiquement pĂȘcher depuis le patio. En parlant du patio, il mesure plus de 40 pieds de long. Vous pouvez simplement passer toutes vos vacances assis sur la terrasse en regardant la baie se transformer lentement en 100 nuances de bleu diffĂ©rentes. Nous avons une nouvelle piscine chauffĂ©e de 28 pieds avec une vue que vous n'oublierez pas. Nous avons refait cette maison Ă  un million de dollars, donc toutes les salles de bains et les chambres sont neuves. Vous allez l'adorer! Nous avons 5 Paddleboards, 3 kayaks simples et un kayak tandem. Nous avons Ă©galement 4 vĂ©los Beach Cruiser et une salle de jeux avec une table de ping-pong, une Xbox, des jeux vidĂ©o et un piano. La liste est longue ... Vous ne serez pas déçu de cet endroit! Il n'y a pas de maisons dans les lots juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de cette maison de chaque cĂŽtĂ© face Ă  l'ocĂ©an. Il y a donc une grande intimitĂ© ici. Il y a des restaurants Ă  distance de marche et un trĂšs joli parc pour enfants (juste en bas de la rue). Veuillez consulter les photos ... Fully stocked

We have rented a number of homes over the years. All seem to have something that's missing. It might be kitchen utensils or not enough linens, but not this home. It had everything, and multiples of the things you normally don’t think of. Like recreational items, fully stocked kitchen items and small appliance, extra fans, just to mention a few.

Beautifully equipped home to match the gorgeous views and breezes

We could not have asked for a more perfect home for a 3 generation family of adults. It had everything imaginable to entertain our group, including fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, pool towels, and ping pong. A perfect quiet and private spot in the Keys to unplug and enjoy nature and outdoor activities. The 40 foot patio had amazing breezes so that even when the temps outside were warm, you felt very comfortable on the porch or in the pool. It is ideal for fishing lovers being able to successfully fish right out your backyard, with a cleaning station and fresh water hose right there when you need it. Amazing property and very responsive property manager. Highly recommend!

Awesome House on the Ocean

Great property, very clean and organized. We enjoyed everyday outside at the pool. We have been coming to Marathon for about 5 years now in the spring and fall, this is definitely the best house we have stayed out!

Excellent Vacation House!!

We spent my Daughters birthday/spring break in the keys this year and decided to rent a house on the ocean. Upon looking at several places we landed in this VRBO. Having spent many vacations in VRBO's (and owning one in Wisconsin), I pay attention to the listings and the accuracy. This house is perfectly located, Decorated nicely, Had no issues what so ever, and totally lived up to my expectations. Here are a couple observations. 1) There is no bathroom in the lower level, so have to run to main floor if swimming. 2) We rented a boat and I questioned whether we could dock at low tides..Yes.. you can. 3) Sliding doors to the Deck are heavy and hard to slide for the ladies..and probably elderly. Thats it.. and they are not complaints. Wonderful week in the keys for the 9 of us, you will be happy with this VRBO!

Beautiful panoramic view

This house view is absolutely beautiful you can get any closer to the water unless you’re sitting in it! The porch is very relaxing and the furniture is very comfortable also. We spent a lot of hours relaxing out there. The owners didn’t leave anything out when they stocked this house. From all essentials in the kitchen to everything to play in the water with. The House and pool was clean and the property outside was well maintained.. we’ve stayed in marathon numerous times but the view is by far the prettiest so far we all enjoyed it. I see us returning to this property.

The best of the best!

I have stayed in several ocean front homes in Marathon over the past few years and this is the very best. Large, roomy, extremely comfortable for a family of 7, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, games galore, extra large screen tv’s, plenty of beach towels, kitchen equipment, and everything you want & need for a great vacation. The location has the most beautiful ocean view from the roomy & comfortable porch. The pool is fantastic! The check in was seamless and the owner was easily reachable and checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We couldn’t ask for more and plan to make this our choice for future stays in the Keys.

Family celebration

It was simply amazing. We had anticipated the trip for so long that we knew there was the danger of reality not living up to our expectations. But the experience came through as a trip of a lifetime building great memories for our adult children and friends. The property’s location and quality was first rate. The view was so mesmerizing that it was hard to leave the house. Highly recommended.

Peaceful Getaway

This house and the surrounding property are truly amazing! The ocean views are unbeatable, dock right outside, and adjoining pool is the best. Todd is very responsive and offers lots of information on the locale and activities

Great family vacation in Marathon

This is a beautiful oceanfront property. It is very private. There are no houses on either lot on each side. It was easy to get to by water with the boat we rented. We enjoyed the house with our adult children and our granddaughter. We had plenty of room. Our activities included using the very nice pool, fishing, boating to the many waterfront restaurants and a day trip to Key West. We would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation to the FL Keys

Wonderful time

As advertised and more. VRBO listing accurate. Property as presented. Location and views spectacular. Easy access to Vaca Cut and 7 mile bridge. Minor issues addressed immediately by owner. Utilized paddle boards, kayaks and dockage. Everyone spent time in the pool.

Paradise

This is a beautiful house and property. The online photos are great but to walk in and experience is magical. The house sits right on the water and master bedroom has a large window with the sunrise view. A true paradise. They provide every comfort and amenity for your vacation. Loved the privacy and the big balcony. It’s also conveniently located to enjoy surrounding area and head straight to key west . Beautiful! A privilege to enjoy the stay, made our anniversary very special!

Paradise!! Better than expected.

I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Todd was easy to communicate with during our booking and throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and in great condition. we had a family of 9 and there was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Adults as well as the children loved the house. Fishing from the dock, kayaking and paddle boards, ping pong and the pool kept everyone entertained. The huge balcony turned out to be the favorite gathering spot every day. We even had a manatee stop by the dock to visit. We will definitely have this on the top of our list for our next trip. Todd, thanks for making our family vacation all that we hoped for.

Great vacation

My sister's family and my family enjoyed the week at this great house. The views were amazing. It was a nice and relaxing for all of us. We even got to see a manatee by the dock. There was plenty of room for everyone. The description of the house was not an exaggeration!

One of our best experiences

This is a beautifully remodeled home. You will not be disappointed. We truly enjoyed sitting on any one of the decks to watch the sunset. Plenty of room for our cars and boat trailer. The dock has great vertical rubber bumpers for your boat. There are some items not listed in the description that we found impressive. There are plenty of life preservers, a tire pump for the bicycles, games, binoculars, and even a fishing pole. There is nothing that I can think of that we needed. We had a great time and will book this property again the next time we have a big group.

We spend a lot of time traveling, lately on our Harley. We are having the time of our lives with running our Vacation Rental Business and living the dream mostly in Wisconsin.

We own 2 Condos in the Marathon Area (Coco Plum) and have been managing them as a Vacation Rentals for the last couple of Years and have had a blast doing it. So we decided to jump out of the airplane and buy the gorgeous house right on the ocean. It comes with a 40 foot Cement Pier with a dredged channel to the deep water Ocean. But the Bottom-line for us was The Crazy, Gorgeous View. It is truly mezmerizing! You can literally watch the water change from turquoise to navy blue to white to sky blue. It is fascinating to watch. So Rent this beautiful home enjoy your own study in Blue.

It is fascinating to watch. So much of this house is Brand New! The house has been remodeled and supplied with everything you need for a great Vacation! ... Kayak / Paddleboard launch, Kitchen upgrade, Kitchenware, Beach Bikes, Kayaks, Paddleboards, Hurricane Windows, Furniture, etc. There is a ton of Privacy, since this Home is located next to empty lots on both sides of the house.
