Enjoy your family while you sit by the private lap pool, with a half bathroom located steps away from pool, in pool-house. (*Pool is not heated) This 2300 sq ft home is centrally located, only minutes away onfrom Government St. and Downtown Baton Rouge. Plus, you will be close to LSU and other main attractions happening in Mid-City. The home features a spacious fully fenced backyard, perfect for boiling crawfish, playing a game of cornhole or having a family BBQ (and the grill is provided!).

The home features 3 Bedrooms, all outfitted with Queen size beds and plush mattresses and pillows.

Walked in and was amazed! House was nicer than the pictures! Very lovely neighborhood! If I come back to Baton Rouge, I would definitely stay here again it’s so close to downtown.

Plenty of room in the house. You can separate familes if needed like we did. Pool was nice to have and easy to get downtown for events.

Perfect for our stay!

Inside of the home is beautiful. Lots of room. We also enjoyed the pool. We were in town for a bowling tournament and it was in close proximity to the venue. Even went to one of the restaurants recommeded by the host. It was great! Had great communication with the host as well

Great Stay!

We loved the house and the set-up could not have been more perfect. We had 2 families staying and each had their own 'space' which is always a plus. The kitchen was well-appointed. I loved using the gas stove! We stayed at the end of July, so the pool was a wonderful retreat in the hot afternoons. We really felt centrally located to everything we were doing in Baton Rouge. Beautiful house.

Quiet weekend too see the kids away at school

The property was very home like, had huge trees everywhere when you walk out the back door to the huge fenced back yard and beautiful private pool. We well be staying on our next visits to see the kids. Also the Host checked on us to make sure all are needs were met and was accommodating to our needs. Whould recommend

Wonderful property. Just as listed. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy to get to and get around town. Hosts were great and responsive! Would definitely stay again. Only advice is if you have a big group of coffee drinkers you may want to bring your own maker. The house just has a small 5 cup pot - works though so not a complaint! We had a great stay!

LSU GRAD SCHOOL

This place is great! From the look of the house and neighborhood, to the inside interior is beautiful and beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were arlso very nicely done. I dont think the pics do it justice! The private pool was very clean and inviting. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Stayed for over a week and would recommend to anyone looking to spend time in Baton Rouge. Also had a couple of questions wjen 1st checked in and communication was almost instant!

Family vacation spot but needs some attention to details before it can be 5 stars. Steps down to living area and up to 2 bedrooms. Pool needs attention: crumbling patches of concrete on bottom and no railings at step. Quiet, convienent neighborhood.

Best experience ever!

We traveled as a family group of 7 for the national bowling tournament in Baton Rouge. This house was perfect for our needs. We had two separate living spaces so we could space out when we wanted and a beautiful large kitchen/eating area for when we wanted time together. The home was very clean and spacious and the host was extremely helpful and friendly. I asked questions before and during our stay and she was quick to respond each time. The pool was a must for our stay. It was clean and beautiful and floats and cornhole were provided for our enjoyment. The house was centrally located so we were able to use delivery services from Walmart, Uber eats, and DoorDash. At the end of our stay we all agreed this was by far the best trip we have had yet.

A Peaceful Hidden Gem – Perfect Getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this secluded oasis! From the moment we booked, the host’s communication was outstanding—prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful with everything from directions to local recommendations.The property itself is even more beautiful than the photos. Tucked away in nature, it offered total peace and privacy—exactly what we needed to unwind. We enjoyed quiet mornings with coffee next to the pool, listening to birds and watching the sunrise. The evenings were just as magical, with starry skies and complete tranquility and bonus night swims with the bats. Everything was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. You can tell the host takes great pride in making sure guests are comfortable and cared for.If you’re looking to unplug, recharge, and enjoy some quiet time away from the crowds, this is the place. We’re already talking about when we can return. Highly, highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our needs. Very spacious and had everything included, even things we forgot. House was very clean and accommodating. Owners were very gracious and provided detailed instructions for places to go and places to eat. This was very helpful since we are first timers to the area. I strongly recommend this place.
