Great home for a family vacation! Convenient to beach, great restaurants and other activities! Private pool and patio. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was quick to respond with questions, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

The place was nice. Had a nice view. Love that it had a pool. The bathroom sink was clogged. The beds were very uncomfortable so was the couches and the parking was horrible. Other than those it was good.

Frustrating

We had several issues while we were there. Property manager was very responsive up until compensation for the issues was approached, haven't heard back from them since we left. Condo is old and needs lots of updating but the beach access was great and having chairs included with the stay was nice!

The unit needs some updating. Cleaning was lacking. Had to wash dishes before using them and the dishwasher doesn’t work. The beds are terrible had to go purchase foam mattress for them. LThe place could be a lot nicer with some cosmetic touches. The front door looks terrible and needs painting. Gives a bad first impression. The place was very family friendly, quiet, and peaceful. The exterior property itself was clean. Christian the beach staff was great very friendly. Gabe not so much -

Need to work on cleaniness

Overall it was a great stay once all the initial issues were handled. There was what looked like either dried blood or mud spread over the back of the master bedroom door. Someone did come quickly to handle that. One issue that was never corrected is the master bedroom's bed was not completely assembled, which made it very noisy and uncomfortable because the headboard was not attached to the bed. Finally we just pushed the mattress up against it and slept this was throughout our duration. There were also dirty towels in a basket in the closet of the master bedroom and someones dirty socks behind the dresser ( never touched them). We like the Sea Oats but defiantly will not stay in this unit again due to all the red flags. The balcony furniture need and immediate update, there should not be rusty chairs on it at all.Once again overall was a great stay but first impression last.
