Beautiful 4th floor, 2 bed, 2 bath. Ready for your beach vacation!

Unit 418 is a beautifully updated, two bedroom, two bathroom condo at the Island Princess beachfront resort on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. It is on the quiet, west facing side of the building, with gorgeous partial views from the patio from the 4th floor. There are custom tile floors throughout. The fully appointed living room with 55” tv, sleeper sofa and matching club chairs. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile work and all of the pots, pans and utensils you need for cooking. The comfortable master bedroom has a king sized bed, lounge chair, TV and a large adjoining bathroom that has an oversized custom tile shower. The second bedroom has two full sized beds, TV, and a tub/shower combination in the bathroom with plenty of built in storage. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy your evenings on the patio enjoying the sunset after spending your day on the sugar sand beach! The building sits directly on the beach with no streets to cross. We have free seasonal beach service, wireless internet, cable tv and free parking on the second level. There are plenty of things to see and do in the area and many restaurants within a short drive. See you on the beach!

We had a great stay!

The property was exactly as described. It was very comfortable and inviting. Refrigerator and microwave were broken before our arrival and the property manager was great about communicating that to us and getting them replaced before/ while we were there.

Great Stay in Destin - Responsive Hosts and Comfortable Condo

We had a great overall stay at this Destin condo! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. While there were a few minor maintenance issues, like the ice maker (which we were informed about in advance), and some trouble with the disposal and microwave, the management team was very responsive. They quickly fixed the disposal and even sent a new countertop microwave, which we appreciated even though we didn’t end up using it.There was plenty of parking available, which made coming and going super convenient. All in all, a very pleasant experience

Loved the Condo! Very nice! It fit all 6 of us comfortably! Very close walk to the beach! There were two problems: 1 the flip out couch was very dirty underneath and 2 the ice machine didn’t work in refrigerator so we had to go out and buy ice. The owner texted me saying a new refrigerator was going to be brought, like we needed to be there when they brought it and we couldn’t because my daughter was playing softball. It is our vacation, and we are paying to stay there
 not our responsibility.

Awesome!

The unit was clean and looks just like it does in the pictures! We loved that they had chairs, coolers and some other stuff to use, so we didn’t have to pack all that! They were very responsive and friendly!

Liked the condo , not the area

Condo was very nice/ had everything we needed. The master bath/ shower is nicely renovated. I loved the balcony seating. Complex was clean. Pool seems a little small for the size of the building and number of people. The rental beach chairs and umbrella that comes with the booking was VERY nice to have. But, the paper in the room said to claim your spot at 9am. If you do not claim a spot before 8 am, you won’t get front row seating. I did not really like the Fort Walton area in general / run down / not many places to eat local. The water appeared more clear down the road in Destin. Seaweed was bad at this time- June grass I think it’s called.

Summer stay at our favorite beach

Our family previously owned a condo at island princess so we knew the property well. We enjoyed this condo. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We really appreciated the extra cooler that was provided to use. Overall we had a great trip and are looking forward to booking again next summer.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

Spring break trip was wonderful. Easy booking, easy checkin. I couldn’t get the original code to work, owner was responsive and we were in the door within minutes. Views of the ocean are great, especially from master bath. The condo had everything you could need! I was a little nervous about the larger complex, but it was easy to get around. Pool was crowded at times, but still had room for everyone. Beach chairs were great to have access to and the guys working were super friendly. The location was about a 1/2 mile walk to restaurants/mini golf/ice cream and a mile to the boardwalk, however driving/parking isn’t a problem either. We will definitely be back.

Great location and exceptionally clean property. Listing was accurate with a well stocked kitchen including baking dishes, bowls, skillets, pans, flatware, dishes, miscellaneous utensils. Comfortable bed and nice furniture. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I stayed at this condo for our 15 year anniversary and it was perfect. The condo was nicely furnished and very clean. The bed was amazing! We both slept better than we had in months. The check-in process was the best I've ever experienced. We highly recommend this condo.

Very nice condo, beautiful view and easy access to everything!

We have stayed at Island Princess condo complex 4 times now but this is our first time in this specific unit and it was surely the best one ever! The condo is very clean! We have a 19 month old and with that leads to search for his toys. While having to look under the beds, TV stand and chairs it was obviously freshly cleaned and no dust bunnies at all. The decorations are beautiful and truly makes it feel like home. 2 options of coffee pots is nice being a variety of makers people are used to at their personal homes. Plenty of utensils and dishes to use. The balcony has nice furniture and great view of ocean and sunsents. The beds are all comfortable including the living room furniture. Plenty of storage space for clothes, travel items, and personal belongings. Curtains throughout the condo are also the best we've ever seen and provides a full blackout at night for sensitive sleepers. One recommendation would be to have a door stopper behind the master bedroom door as there's a full body mirror directly behind it. With a toddler we put a 24 pack box behind the door as a precaution which was succesful. But for safety and avoidance of damages a stopper would be beneficial. We definitely plan to return again in the future.

Destin Vacay

The condo was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and every closet had extra supplies. We also enjoyed being close to the beach and to Destin without all the crowds. In a short drive we could go enjoy the Destin/Okaloosa area and come back to peace and quiet at night!

Lovely condo

Loved the decor of the condo-very beachy and roomy. Host was very prompt to fix an issue with clogged drain in one bathroom. I would definitely recommend and definitely rent this property again!
