A private room in recently built house (not the whole house), in-house laundry, modern kitchen and free designated parking. This property is located in Tucker but close to the bustle of Metro Atlanta. The house is conveniently located close to major roadways (minutes from I-285 and I-85 and the Doraville Marta Station). Convenient to Stone Mountain Park, Perimeter Mall, CDC/Emory university compasses. Quiet and comfortable

I didn't get in til late and had never booked a stay with the host in the residence at the same time but Girum was very hospitable and helpful. I was able to do a load of laundry and it was nice to have a mini fridge for my food upstairs too. It was genuinely such a comfortable and peaceful stay -and he even texted me to let me know I forgot my charger after I left. I asked him if he could ship it to me and I'd pay him back and he said yes. Girum is honestly the best!! I would recommend anyone to stay here! When I come back to visit, I will always try to book with him

Just what I needed for a quick trip to Atl

First off, host was very responsive in providing check-in details. Option to use kitchen was offered - I did not use due to a very short stay but will take advantage of it next time - and fridge was available across from the room. Room was as described - comfortable and super quiet. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Though I didn’t stay there he seemed like a very genuine guy. Property was clean. His Listing was inaccurate though and didn’t state that he’d be staying with you in the same house only a room down. Which caused me and my friends to leave

The room is great, my issue is that I had to change my reservation because my date for filming changed and I ended up being charged double for the room and I have filed a dispute and am waiting to be refunded for the second charge.

Excellent place to stay

This property is in a nice neighborhood and Girum is an excellent host! He helped me with what I needed. The house was very clean and comfortable. I lived there for close to a month and would definitely stay there again!

Great for Somewhere Quick

Nice house and neighborhood!

Very quiet neighborhood surrounded by greenery. The house is also very quiet, clean and tidy. The only thing I would recommend to the host is to lower the temperature of the AC unit a little at night as it is somewhat hot. Thank you!

Overall great place . Felt very comfortable in our upstairs room. It’s in its own little neighborhood. But it’s very close to a Walmart . Everything was nice and clean and ready for us .

Friendliest Property Owner

Hello, Me and my fiancĂ© stayed here for a short vacation. The house was is superb condition and the owner was one of the friendliest people I’ve met. The house was very easy to find and it was extremely clean. There was even a code lock on a room which was so much appreciated. Overall I would 100% recommend this for anyone wanted to vacation near Atlanta it’s not too far away and it is hosted by an amazing person!

I have a suggestion!

I absolutely enjoyed my entire stay at this property! I had one issue and that was the temperature in my room. It was a significantly cooler in the common areas than it was in the room. I opened the door and window to get it cooled off for a bit and the I had to leave the window open throughout. My suggestion is a ceiling fan or provide a fan in the room. Everything else was fantastic and it was an extremely comfortable environment! We will stay again and refer!!

Wonderful and relaxing

Such a lovely place to stay! Girum was a great host, very friendly, helpful and kind. The room was large, clean, had a very comfy bed and even had a combination lock on it for privacy and security. I had 3 rooms to myself really.... A bedroom, a bathroom and a sitting room with a fridge all upstairs, like my own "wing" of the house. Girum was down the hallway and a lovely Armenian couple was staying (with VRBO also) in the downstairs bedroom. It was convenient, quiet and comfy..... everything you want in a Home Away from Home! Thanks so much, Girum!

My place is located in the North east side of Atlanta in a quiet and safe suburb, We are 2 minutes away from I-85 and I-285 and about 15minutes drive to downtown Atlanta and 10minutes drive to perimeter mall and stone mountain park. Lucky Shoals Park and Heritage Golf are across the street offering a variety of recreational options
