Hazel booked for Erwin from 6.5 to 6.30.23 as an intermediary accommodation space in our Adventurer camper while his apartment lease was being prepared. We host short term and long term stays as we are located near downtown, offer fully equipped luxe, comfy camper with free parking when available right downtown. 3.29.24 Nigel booked our camper 2.2.24 to 2.6.24 Nigel was not a good guest. Although you state you would stay again, we would not host you again. He wrote an untrue revenge review. Our security camera captured him smoking on the property outside of the camper and our listing and checkin instructions state no smoking inside or outside of our property. They were very messy. The flooring is solid and stable. There is a freezer, refrigerator, microwave, dinette style seeating for up to 4 guests. We are located in historic Vine City where Dr. MLK walked these streets and raised his family 3 blocks from HBCU colleges and less than 1 mile from Mercedes Benz Stadium where the Superbowl was held, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center located less than 1 mile away. Free onstreet parking typically plentiful. Come and enjoy our affordable, luxe, curated tinyhouse on wheels camper with satellite television, wifi, stove top, microwave, frig., freezer, tub, shower, queen size bed, coffee maker, etc ..... By the way, our last guest was an Airbnb guest named Raj who booked our camper from 3.11 to 3.22.24 and left us a 5 star review stating. " Attentive host."!!! So, clearly our spot is very sweet! Jody booked our Adventurer, tinyhouse on wheels in Atlanta from 9.2 to 9.5.22 as a volunteer at the annual Dragon Con events. Jody was respectful, pleasant, friendly and clean.....lovely to host her!!! She left the camper as she found it. Historic Vine City is a lovely neighborhood with loads of American history. Dr. MLKing raised his family here just 2 blocks away. We are located less than 1 mile from Atlanta HBCU, The Mercedes Benz Stadium, GA World Congress center, CNN center, GA Aquarium, Rodney Cook Sr. Park where the staue of humanitarian John Lewis hails among other sites We are a diverse population representing these United States of America. Mayor Keisha Lance Bottom has invested $500M in public plus another $500M in private funds to continue to beautify the area. I have hosted nearly 10,000 guests across 4 countries like VRBO, Airbnb etc. With 0 safety incidents. 50% of our guests are women travelling alone. Recent home sales in Vine City over $500k. Property directly behind me just sold for over $600k. Actually, for Dragon Con 100% of our Atlanta guests were women travelling alone for the event. We offer free parking when available. Travel has changed, we must all change to remain relevant. Change is good, it is growth.
