This room was everything we needed - clean, comfortable, private and in a perfect location for hanging out in Virginia Highlands. Great for a quick trip to one of the best neighborhoods in Atlanta.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. Right off a street with plenty of restaurants and bars. Highly walkable, plenty to do in the area. The listing is advertised with an outdoor patio and grill, which was lovely in good weather. The only gripe we had was an outdoor camera with a small light indicating when we were being recorded and/or watched. This turned on at several points over the weekend. Particularly when we were spending time outside. We didn't mind when it was detecting the door opening and people entering or leaving. I understand it as a security measure, however it did still make us slightly uncomfortable when we were just using the grill, eating, and lounging outside. I get curiosity, but it felt like snooping. Still, it did not significantly taint the overall stay. We had a good time and enjoyed this property.

It was the perfect location for us. It was walking distance to all of our events during our stay. It's idea for a couple who just want to enjoy Atlanta for the weekend.

This is a simple place in a great location. I was in town for two quick nights and it worked well for me. Communication with the owner was excellent.True private entrance, with a bedroom and bathroom.

A wonderful getaway

As a single traveler this place was phenomenal! Walkable distance from several fun local establishments and a short Lyft ride away from downtown Atlanta, Decatur, and other prominent locations. Renter actively communicated and was very accommodating with my later arrival. Have already recommended this rental to others that travel.

Convenient and comfortable

Kevin and Charlette are great hosts and conversationalists. I really enjoyed meeting them. Very helpful with anything I asked. Very nice area, lots to do within walking distance. While it's Atlanta, there's a smaller town feel to the Virginia Highlands area that I liked. I'd stay again.

Too quick of a getaway

Wonderful location. Literally in the middle of everything. Parking is greatly debated, it gets crowded at night due to walking proximity but parking is greatly available. Host was very responsive and helpful. Too short of a trip, to enjoy everything offered.

Great little crash pad

Look, this place isn't huge. It's a bed and a shower. But the bed was quite comfy, slept two pretty well, and the bathroom was great for the size of the place. Too bad we'll have to burn the whole thing down because I saw a spider and missed when I tried to kill it. Seriously though, good location (we lime scootered to various places from there and walked to some others), quiet neighborhood, and comfortable for what it is. The decorations are also pretty adorable.

Amazing location

Once you exit the dwelling, turn right. A half mile down the road youre gonna get to the beltline. Its close to everything, not to mention the neighborhood of virginia highland (where the rental is located) is already a destination spot in its own right. But being car less for the long weekend, i really loved being (via the beltline) within one mile pleasant walking distance to gyms, yoga studios, bars, music venues, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and parks.

The neighbourhood of Virginia Highland is warm, welcoming & aesthetically fabulous. Bars, restaurants & transport abound offering plenty of opportunities to sample some of the best Atlanta has to offer. Kevin's accommodation is superb across the piece!! Be sure to enjoy the trolley tour for 90 minutes & then take the tram back to MLK DISTRICT for an enlightening revision of THE CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT with both Martin Luther Jr & Coretta Scott King's Historical commitments as presented at the Hall of Freedom/ Freedom Hall.

Laughably small accommodations under the stairs of a loud house

We had to laugh when we got to the room. The pictures are quite misleading, as they show a room with an entirely mirrored wall, making the space look doubly large. Upon trying to get in the door, our single rolling suitcase wouldn’t fit through the door. Tiniest TV (can’t see well from a few feet away) and mini fridge known to man. Shower didn’t drain and nearly flooded, coffee maker had no coffee or sugar available, and very stale, clumped, powdered non-dairy creamer in a dusty jar. There was no hot tub as advertised, which is 90% why we chose the booking. The outdoor “grill” and patio setup is poorly kept and nonfunctional. The bed was hard and had a very thin single comforter and pillows. The room was in the basement of a multilevel house under the stairs and you could clearly hear the many other occupants, including young children singing along to Disney movies, and younger adults having a wildly good time while we smashed ourselves in a cramped room with tourist literature from 13 years ago. We made a lot of jokes about being second class trash citizens and talked about being like Dobby the house elf from Harry Potter. This room made our trip the laughingstock of vacations when we returned home. This was an unforgettable experience.

Excellent VA Highland location

Fantastic location within walking distance to many shops, restaurants/bars in VA Highlands neighborhood. Accommodations were very, very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Great base for a single traveler or couple

It's a small bedroom, a closet, and a spaceous bathroom. Check in was really easy. It's in a nice area, so my car was safe for the 5 nights I had it parked on the street. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the toilet paper is around store bought quality. The soap is also pumped rather than bar form. I didn't spend too much time in the unit. I mainly used it as a place to sleep, shower, and store my stuff while I attended dragon con. It got the job done.
