This home was more than enough room for our family of 4. Everyone had there own space to hang out. The kids loved the pool! Comfortable beds and nicely furnished!

Spacious house and the community pool is awesome.garage contains extra strollers which was a helpful surprise. Pool and hot tub area was a bit dirty and the Hot Tub never got very hot but otherwise pleasant experience

Amazing house. Great location for Disney stay

The house was amazing. Everything was clean and organized. The location was great as well. I am so glad we stayed here vs spending the money to stay on property at Disney. Being able to come “home” and enjoy the pool and hot tub after long days in the park were exactly what we needed.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

Our stay at Winsor Hills was absolutely wonderful! The house had everything we needed and was close to the water park within the community and not far from all the Orlando parks conveniences. The homeowners have been extremely friendly as we communicated before and after our stay. We would recommend this home for anyone, especially if you have children. We hope to be back someday!

John and Anna were great and attentive hosts, always answering questions quickly and they also recommended some local attractions to try out. The house is large and we had more than enough room. Great Neighborhood for Children close proximity to Parks and Groceries Everything you want!!!

Check in was great!!! Clean Home. Quiet Neighborhood. Great Neighborhood Pool and WaterPark. Backyard Pool was very clean. Design of Home was great. Minutes from Disney Parks Within 20 Minutes of Universal Studios. Could not have been more convenient.

The Best Kept Secret in Kissimmee

I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the owners of this beautiful home. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and was a great fit for my family's summer vacation to Disney and Universal. I have been coming to the Orlando area yearly over the past decade, and have stayed at many vacation homes --- this house was definitely one of the best that we have stayed at. We will book this house again next year. THANKS AGAIN to the very professional and customer oriented owners.

This property is beyond amazing!! We loved the house the minute we entered, very warm and comfortable and spotlessly clean!!! The pool and lanai were a favorite hangout. The kitchen had every possible gadget imaginable, very modern and open to the dining and living room. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and John was super easy to get ahold of for questions and so very helpful! We loved every minute of our 8 night stay and hope to return again sometime!! Thank you, John & Anna, for a very memorable week!!!

Beautiful home

It is very spacious and well stocked. It is in a beautiful neighborhood of vacation homes. We were very comfortable. The only problem I saw was the air conditioner is locked on 75 degrees. We got hot at night when sleeping. It does have nice ceiling fans and desk fans in the garage. The garage area has an air hockey table and other games. There is a nice washer and dryer too. Overall a great stay! I would stay there again.

Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for that you experienced a problem using the AC during your stay. The AC system is locked down on 72F, to protect the compressor from freezing due to continuous running of the system on extremely hot days; and not 75F, as you experienced. Our guest are free to adjust the temperature at the home as they see fit. We will have our Property Manager to check out if the thermostat is faulty and replace if needed. We encourage all our guests to reach you to us directly or our Property Management if they encounter any problems at the home including things that are not working properly or anything that would make their stay more comfortable. Excellent property, responsive owners, and fabulous location

Everything was as expected and described. The resort is extremely well run. The community pool was really warm - the water slides were not heated though (I think that make sense in December. It didn’t stop the kids from enjoying them - they just would move back and forth between the play area and the heated pool) The home was clean with newer appliances, plenty of kitchen “stuff”, and nice and comfortable furnishings. Mattresses were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. While we didn’t need them, there were plenty of extras for people with littles (port a cribs, strollers, toys, high chair). Location is minutes from Disney - owner provided directions for “back-way” in to help avoid a good deal of traffic. The owners were very responsive when we couldn’t figure out how to turn down the AC - they took care of it remotely for us. We’d rent this unit or another in this community and/or from these owners.

What a Wonderful Home

Myself, my husband, my daughter her husband and their two children visited Disney World for seven nights. In the past, we have always stayed on Disney property, but after this experience at Windsor Hills and at this lovely home, we would come back here in a heartbeat. The location can't be beat. You can be at Animal Kingdom in less than 10 minutes and you are close to all other Disney parks as well. The house is just beautiful and very well appointed. We felt we were in a luxury home and there was so much space for everyone. It was great coming home from a long day at the park and have the swimming pool outside our patio doors. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room. All in all, we all had such a positive experience. This was luxury at an extremely affordable;price. We would return.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the house was exactly as advertised.

The home was perfect for our family of 7. The process for accessing the property was easy. The only changes we would suggest are as follows: 1. The resort subdivision needs to make changes to the registration and entrance into the resort. The scanning of the paper cards to get in and out is tedious and causes long waits. There should be a remote to open the gate, as it's easier and equivalent to the card. And, on the weekends especially, registration lines get long and blocked traffic into the resort and down the road to enter the resort. We waited for 20 minutes on one occasion just to get into the resort. 2. For how much we are paying, it does not seem unreasonable to have simple necessities in the home. There were no paper towels, extra toilet paper, hand soap, or dish soap. It's not a hotel...we understand that going in. But, simple things which last a long time don't seem unreasonable. In addition, the Wii remotes and TV remotes didn't work, either because they were out of batteries or were broken. Having extra batteries around the house also doesn't seem unreasonable. 3. The management asks that when we leave that we strip the bed sheets when we leave, but they specifically request that we do not take off pillow shams from the decorative pillows. It makes us wonder if those pillow shams are ever washed. 4. The couches should recline, but some of the seats are broken. Obviously, these are minor inconveniences, and the home is still great. The pool is nice, and the property is well kept.

Thank you for submitting a review of our home, we would like to respond to some of the issues you encountered during your stay. It is standard practice in the vacation home industry to have the guests supply their own paper towel, extra toilet paper, and toiletries. We provide many extras such as dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, cling wrap, high chairs/strollers, and pack & play cribs to our guests at no additional charge. Our property management conducted a thorough check of the remotes and reclining chairs and found no issues, with the exception of the Wii remotes not charging properly. Just to make sure, we had all batteries replaced in the remotes. We apologize for the inconvenience and we encourage our guests to reach out to our property management if they have any issues with the home and/or find anything not working properly during their stay. Great get away

Second time we stayed at this house & was a great stay again kids had a blast at water park & used house pool more than twice a day besides us going up to community pool. Only negative I can say is slider doors r hard to open & pool deck needs to be cleaned lots of dirt & debris (I cleaned a ton of sand out of the tracks from slider doors) but otherwise inside clean & lots of kitchen options for home cooking would stay again!

We didn’t have babies or toddlers traveling with us, but I was impressed to see that they would have been well accommodated for. There was a step stool and toddler potty seat available as well as a pack n play and strollers. Plenty of beach towels were also available. We would definitely stay here again.

Will definitely be back

The house is wonderful. The location is amazing. It was so convenient having a washer and dryer and fridge. The house really made our stay so relaxing. We loved the pool. We didn't get it heated but maybe the people before us did because it was very warm the first day and got colder as our trip went on. The pool cleaners came one morning and the pool was very clean after. I think what made it dirty before was the rain knocking bugs off the screens into the water. I wouldn't buy paper towel or dishwasher tabs as the amount you get is enough. We didn't really even need to buy the toilet paper as with 4 bathrooms and spending most days out of the house we didn't go through all 4 and just left the extra rolls we had bought under a sink. We didn't really enjoy the clubhouse pool as it seemed crowded after spending so many days in our own pool so wouldn't go to the clubhouse next time. Check-in was a breeze. We initially got lost trying to leave the community but once you figure it out it's easy to navigate. So close to everything that I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else. Thank you for such an amazing stay!!

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and a TV in every room. The pool and hot tub were lots of fun for our family. The house is located close to all of the attractions. My little one enjoyed the community water park. Lovely home.

Perfect Orlando Vacation

This house is a perfect ranch style house with lots of room for everyone! It was clean and well taken care of. The pool was everyone's favorite part. We had one hiccup with the AC and the owners were very quick at responding and handling the issue, even in the middle of the night. We will stay here again and highly recommend John and Ana.
