We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have been happier with this villa. It was spotless, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. The home was well maintained, comfortable and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time away. The quiet setting made it especially enjoyable, and we truly felt at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay.

Excellent!This home was perfect for our family! Beautiful, immaculate, and so many features to make our stay wonderful. All the safety features, baby gear, game room, outdoor area and pool, made for a very relaxing vacation. Marty is wonderful to work with and we hope to return when visiting Orlando.

The best VRBO we’ve stayed in! Had everything you would need. The kitchen was fully equipped and the all the items were high quality, from dishes to utensils to pans, even had Tupperware for left overs. We travel to Orlando a couple times a year and will definitely stay here if it’s available. Very smooth booking and communication. 10 stars!

The house was exactly how it was described on the VRBO website. They had every amenity you would need during your stay. The kids had fun in the very spacious game room and the couch was huge and very comfortable. The access in and out of Windsor Hills was very easy. We made several trips to Publix and Walmart both very close to the property. We highly recommend staying in this resort. Brian

The house was beautiful. We did have a small issue with one of the sinks. Sent the owner a quick email in the evening. Within the hour, he replied to my email saying the issue would be handled the next day. The host provided beach towels for use, which a lot of properties don't do. We appreciated his thoughtfulness. We would definitely book this house again.

Loved it!

This property was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the pool was refreshing. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Great communication from the owner! Would 100% stay again the next time we are in the Orlando area.

The photos of the house don’t do it justice. This house is perfect for families. Each bedroom with its own bathroom and great family spaces to chill. Windsor Hills is one of the best gated communities for Disney. Marty was brilliant at communicating and we met him on arrival. A great property we would def return to x

This is a great family house. The pool area is facing SW so you have the sun for the most time of the day. That is just perfect.

Awesome stay

Beautiful property,amenities that were in the property itself were a huge asset to our stay, Miss loved the pool,game room, and themed bedrooms. Close proximity to all Disney properties huge plus. Owners were great to communicate with. The main pool with water slides and splash pad were a huge hit as well. Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone who is visiting Orlando/Kissimmee area

Enjoyed our stay

We have rented many properties in Windsor Hills over the years and this ranks as one of the best. It has had a beautiful remodel. Beds being comfortable has become very important as we get older and that box was checked. Loved the pool area and it was private like we prefer. Importantly it was clean! We would stay again!

Wonderful Property!

We had an amazing time at Marty’s home! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Marty was quick to answer any questions we had both before we arrived and during our stay. I would highly recommend this home to family and friends and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Relaxing and fun!

This home is well cared for with nice finishes, furnishings and appliances! The Fells have thought of everything needed to allow for a great home, away from home experience! They are incredibly responsive at answering any questions as well which was nice. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, with our family 3 small kids. It was clean, and it is located in a gates community with playgrounds great for kids, and you have a nice green area behind the house, which makes it feel less crowded. Also the kitchen is very Well stocked, making it easy for us to cook every meal at the house, which was important to us, and the trash was picked up every day at the front door, again nice with a big family cooking meals. If we return i would look to stay here again.

We had a great vacation.

We had the pool heated which made it very enjoyable to spend hours in it. The house has many extras and my almost 60 year old son loved the arcade game machine. My grand daughter called the room in the garage a man cave. Would love to go there again.

Volleyball Tournament with some Relaxing

Great home. Clean, fully stocked, nice pool area and several TV options in all rooms and patio. Nice that all bedrooms had their own bathroom either in hall or en-suite. Would recommend to any one looking for a spot close to WDW area. Will say unrelated to house but traffic was not pleasant the few days up and back to the convention center so would say allow lots of extra time.

Ideal Location, great entertainment options, and Awesome Pool!

We had an incredible stay at this home. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and concerns that we had. Privacy was good. Setup was perfect for our young family. The entertainment options were unbelievable for all our kids and adults. Security was top notch. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Best stay we have had

This house is absolutely amazing. Every room has its own bathroom, basically soundproof game room. Every room is a must have. Down to the dishes, grill, towels, coolers, strollers. They have thought of everything you would need and they over provide. We will absolutely stay here again if it is available for our annual trip next year.

Great home!

This was one of our favorite rentals. Check-in was easy. The house was very clean. The pool and spa were fantastic. We loved the green space behind the property with a walking path. It was a nice break from the busyness of the Disney parks. Martin was super responsive to any of our questions throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would stay here again.

Excellent property!!!!House was immaculate and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Tons of dishes, silverware and every utensil you could think of. Lots of pots and pans, cookie sheets, bread pans, 9 x 13’s, electric griddle and fry pan, ninja blender and so much more. We didn’t cook much but i wish we would have had time too. Nice furniture and huge tv’s to watch movies at night. All rooms well appointed. Pool area is spacious and was so relaxing to sit around. Excellent communication from owner. He provided us with everything we needed to know. Very, very easy drive to Disney property. Can’t say enough good things about this property and owner. We will definitely stay again!
