2 BR, 2 BA CONDO – WALK TO MAIN STREET AND GONDOLA - EASY SKI SHUTTLE ACCESS! Perfect for up to 8 guests. 107 North Harris St, unit #319.
Enjoy your mountain getaway in this beautiful downtown 2 bed, 2 bath condo. This top floor, 2 story unit has incredible views of Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Ten Mile Range. Main St is only 2 blocks and the free gondola that runs year-round is 3 blocks away. The FREE bus stops right in front of the complex.
Park your car in your reserved spot in the heated, locked garage and quickly walk anywhere in Breck without having to worry about parking. There are additional free outdoor spots as well. 2 elevators make getting up to the 3rd floor quick and easy. Kick back and relax in the indoor pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. There is coin laundry on site and the unit comes stocked with linen, towels, soaps, crib, ironing board, and other essentials. You'll find the unit has all your favorite board games, a gas fireplace, and 3 flat screen TVs.
- PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND DISINFECTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH COVID CDC PROTOCOLS
- CONTACTLESS CHECK IN WITH THE SMART LOCK
1st floor: Master king bedroom (w/ attached bathroom), Kitchen, living room, patio. Queen size memory foam sleeper sofa.
2nd floor: Lofted bedroom (2 queen beds), attached bathroom.
NOTES:
- Strict no smoking policy- no smoking or vaping in units or outside on balconies or common areas (heavy fines enforced)
- No pets allowed (contact me for exceptions, pet fee with apply)
- No parties or events
- Our cleaning crews have limited time between guests to complete cleaning and inspections; check in is at 4:00 PM.
- There is no Air Conditioning (not needed). Due to the mild high alpine climate, most properties are not equipped with air conditioning.
- If driving, make sure to check CDOT and Goole Maps for road conditions and traffic. Always allow yourself plenty of time to get to DIA during peak season as traffic can get heavy.
- We are not liable for personal property left behind. We will do our best to recover it but there are no guarantees.
